Absolutely the worst experience you could ever have when it comes to purchasing a used auto. Lets just say once they have your money expect a complete shift in service regardless of what is promised or guaranteed. Literally as soon as they got my check all common courtesy and all correspondence went right out the window. Not only did they not stand by their agreements (some verbal and others actually written on paper) but also they have been flat out avoiding me. Its been nearly 5 weeks that I have literally called every single day asking to speak to the general manager Eric and yet every single time I was told he was either not in or unavailable and that he would contact me back at his first opportunity. Yet here I am with a vehicle sold to me with issues that were misrepresented as something they arent and promises to rectify the situation that are being blown off. Not only did they misrepresent the vehicle through advertisement as a different model (which initially roped me and that I still have saved), but they also didnt even courtesy to inform me. I had to find out while trying to purchase insurance on the car and when I informed the sales manager he was baffled... Not to mention they already had my deposit by that time. I would advise if you plan to make any purchases from here make sure the agreements/promises made are carried out before you commit whether or not they are written or verbal. I was sold a vehicle that was guaranteed to be able to pass emissions almost one month ago yet till this day I have no emission stickers and no one with authority to fix the situation will contact me back...

Ok!! For one Im still having problems car still runs bad!! Check engine light still on they claimed they was going to fix it never did. @ one point I was driving there every week being drop off at work and leaving the car with them and they still couldnt fix the car they put some inspection stickers on it but as I stated earlier the check engine light is on this was my first time buying a car off the used car lot so yes part of the blame is me because I walked in there with no one with me whom knows about cars... Yes the staff was very nice until coming back and fourth became a problem for me.. Anyway so I have this 2005 Nissan Altima which the payments on this car is 262.58 monthly and of course insurance is 233.38 now Ive asked could they just take the car back due the car still not registered/check engine light and give me another car I was told that up to the bank.. I call the bank we dont have nothing to do with that if they do trade the car out yes your payments would be the same just a different vehicle... Of course no!! So I have this car which is a lime still not registered I brought this car in December 2015 here it is May 2016!!! This was a hard lesson learned please before walking in here please bring someone who knows about cars... This place is the worst!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! MY MOTHER PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM TOOK IT FOR SERVICE AND FOUND FRAME RUST COVERED WITH UNDERCOATING !!!! AFTER THREATENING TO SUE THEY TOOK VEHICLE BACK AND SHE GOT ANOTHER CAR. TOOK THIS CAR TO THEM TO FIX A OIL LEAK , PAID FOR THE REPAIRS , DROVE 8 MILES AND OIL LIGHT CAME ON , HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT TOWED BACK TO THEM . THE PART THAT THEY REPLACED THE SEALS ON WAS NOW CRACKED!!! THEY WANTED HER TO PAY FOR PART, THEY PUT THE PART IN AND NOW ENGINE WOULD WONT START !!!THEY TOLD HER SHE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT TOWED TO VW DEALER AND PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSTICS , SO IN A ATTEMPT TO PUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEHIND HER , SHE DID. THE VEHICLE NEEDS IN ENGINE, CAUSED BY THE REPAIRS BY THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! !!! WE CURRENTLY HAVE A LAWYER INVOLVED IN A ATTEMPT TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE POOR POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!!!!!!!

This place doesnt even deserve a star! Working in customer service for most of my life has made me come to an understanding that its not always easy, but I have not felt so disrespected when purchasing a car before as i did here. The manager for one is not professional at all. Normally when trying to help your customers with issues you do not use vulgar language, or ignore every single way that person tries to contact them. The girl behind the counter was very rude as well. Even people that work there were telling me how often they mistreat poeple. They trick you into buy cars and claim to cover them under warranty BUT NEVER FIX THEM. They dont care about any of their customers, and I REFUSE to ever let anyone I know go there for any type of business. This place is nothing but a let down. I honestly have no clue how they still get any type of business.

My experience with Persing differs from every one elses. I bought a car at persing a few months back and they gave me a great price on it regardless of my bad credit and for the most part its been running without a hitch since Ive got it.. Ill admit the salesman that attended to me seemed as if he didnt know what he was talking about in terms of the car he sold me but he made up for that with the deal he gave me. I dont know why there are bad reviews here maybe I got lucky?

Stopped at the dealership too look at vehicles. Vince Dellatore helped me select a VW Jetta. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I decided to purchase the Jetta and was thrilled when they decided to give a fuel voucher as a added bonus. I would refer all my friends and family to Persing as it was a great purchase experience. Power of The Secret

First shook hands with Eric on 3k for an 03` Jetta. Ended up paying 3500 for it. About a week after reverse stopped working and after hearing their quotes to fix it I decided to get it fixed myself (all mew solenoids). They refused to reimburse me anything. And Eric said he sold it to me cheap and that he could sell it for 5k! BS. Stay away they only care about the sale and will screw you no matter what.

Worst place to buy a car ever!!! they like to rip people off!!! They dont fix the cars and after they sold the car you are on your on!! They would not help you at all!!! The cars do not pass inspection needier and john and joe are two scammers and liars!!! And the salesman dont have license, this place should be close now!!!!!
