The ring I brought in for repair was white gold with yellow gold accents. The ring that was returned to me was not white gold which is why I thought it was not the same ring. Even though my appraisal identifies it as white gold you told my husband you believed it was yellow gold that was coated with rhodium to give it the look of white gold and the coating must have been buffed off while being shined. You told my husband you would dip the ring in rhodium to restore the bands original appearance at a reasonable price which you did. Thank you

Went in here to get a new battery put into my Victorinox wrist watch. The man behind the counter was unfriendly, but more importantly, the battery he put in my watch lasted only about six weeks. They usually last over two years. I assume it was either an old battery or a very cheap one. Id stay away if thats the type of service they provide.
