Id give zero stars if I could. This is a lengthy review, but theres a lot to say. Zales has been disappointing from the beginning. We bought a halo style Morganite center stone with 1/4 karat total weight in diamonds around the stone. We had it re-sized and didnt have the ring for 3 weeks. After just two weeks of getting it back one of those diamonds had fallen out of the halo. My fiance took it in and they told us that it would take 2-3 weeks to have the ring returned, which seemed a little long! (In case youre wondering, Shane Co. does it in a week). A week later I called just to see how it was going and to make sure it was still on track to be back on the designated date. The lady I spoke to said that "you shouldnt worry yet, it takes 4-6 weeks." I told her that we had been told 2-3 weeks and she continued to argue with me telling me that I was wrong and it was 4-6 weeks. She said that shed check the system if thatd make me happy. She came back on the line and tells me it was sent out that day, so still 4-6 weeks from that day. My fiance dropped it off a week ago! I told her I wanted to speak to the store manager. I spoke to the store manager, Jack, who was actually helpful during this process. He said that "regrettably" the ring was placed in the return file instead of the repair file and had sat in a drawer for a week. I told him that was unacceptable and that I would not wait for 4-6 weeks for the ring to be repaired and that he needed to honor the original 2-3 week estimate. He agreed and said that he would do that. I called twice a week and spoke to Jack to make sure it was going to be back on time. Two weeks and five days later the ring is back and ready for pick up. We picked it up and it seemed like it was good to go. A few days later we realized that the diamond that was used to replace the one that fell out is actually smaller and not the same clarity as the rest of the diamonds. In the same week of getting the ring back and noticing the replacement diamond wasnt the same, ANOTHER diamond fell out of the band. I had it with Zales. I called Jack (who knows me by name now) and he told me that we could special order the same ring or get a refund. We opted for a refund due to the amount of problems weve been having in the short time of owning the ring. We went in to get our refund and were told that the $120 replacement warranty is not refundable after its been used (also outrageous). The process was short and there wasnt any push back from Jack or anyone else at the store. Do yourself a favor and go to Shane Co. and spend a little more money but get what youre paying for. Thats what weve done and weve been extremely happy with the purchase there.

To whom it may concern, I purchased a ring back in December of 2016 I had fallen absolutely in love with my ring. I bought it in the Park City location but they told me in order to have it sized I would need to go to Orem because they are closing Park City. Me and my husband drove up to Orem and dropped off my ring the last week of February. When dropping off my ring I had lost of one the bands so I had to get it sized, and have a new part added for my ring. I got told it would only take a week and that they would have the order be rushed. It is now April 18th and I have still not gotten back my ring. I have called daily and I keep getting passed around. I spent $2000.00 on this ring and I dont think it is very professional to not keep your costumers informed on whats going on with their belongings if the dates keep getting farther. I have called to speak with a manager and no one has called me back when they say they will. I would like my ring and also some form of a refund. Me and my family ALWAYS spend tons of money on the holidays with Zales. You guys have always taken care of me but after the run around with this company I will no longer be a customer after I get my ring returned to me. I hope that the next person to purchase a ring will be treated like a customer should be. Thank you and I do look forward to hearing from you.

My husband got him my wedding ring here and Jack was amazing! He is now the manager and his customer service is definitely on point. He wasnt pushy and we were able to take the time to know exactly what we wanted! He was even might like that were really not quite my vision, but it was exactly what I wanted and I picked it instantly! Go to the sales in the area mall and always ask for Jack! gray are showing me other things that I might like that were really not quite my vision, but it was exactly what I wanted and I picked it instantly! Go to the sales in the area mall and always ask for Jack! My ring came with a lifetime guarantee and if I go in every six months its covered all the time. I actually forgot to go for a whole year, and I found out that my warranty is renewed because I got my ring reserviced. Its any six months after that specific check up!!

I dont know what her name was, but the girl who was there when we visited was fabulous! My friend wanted to just window show at rings for fun, and wasnt expecting to try any of them on. However, the girl working that night was so sweet and was totally willing to let us try on rings, despite the fact that we clear werent going to purchase any of them. Thats real customer service in my opinion. She was sweet, so nice, and easy to talk to. If I never need more jewelry, I would totally go to this location if I knew she was working. She also cleaned my engagement ring for free, and I didnt even buy it there. Great employee!

I had such a good time picking out a ring. I had three sales people helping me and it was great fun. I tried on so many rings I was worried it would irritate my sales people, but if they were they certainly didnt show it. When I got my ring after it was sized (and I d added a simple band) I was so impressed. It looked even better than I remembered. I still catch myself looking at it and loving it. Just wish I didnt have to leave my name to write this review! Im kind of wishing I worked there. Probably, wouldnt get much work done.

Very dishonest Jeweler. DO NOT buy jewelry here. The store has very poor customer service and does not back up their warranties. I have had to constantly repair my wedding ring of only 3 years and they do the bare minimum to fix it, so it keeps happening. They easily could have fixed the problem, but refuse to be honest or helpful in any way. They will rip you off! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but Zales.
