They list items on eBay for sale. They have a price and an option for best offer. I made a best on an item because it had a cheap after market replacement motor. Which probably meant the rest of it was on its last leg. They declined my first offer. No biggie, I expected that but no counter offer. When I asked if they where going to counter offer? They said in all CAPS, NOT AT THE MOMENT. When I asked why they where using all caps(yelling in email/texting) they said they did not know that was yelling and that was just the way they did things. Still no counter offer and I made a second offer that they ignored altogether. Ive read about lazy customer service and this establishment acts like they are doing you a favor to do business with you and in my experience, it is true. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Drove way over there with an all in one Dell 24 inch. Arrived around 5:40 pm on Sunday 5/31/15. Dude at counter said there was no serial #. Which there was, from the start we could tell that he didnt want to deal with us or the computer we had. Its in-perfect condition with all the manuals, disc and accessories. The serial # was on the bottom and he insisted it wasnt. Your website drew me in with advertising that you will give top $ for computers. If you due than you and your staff should know computers, clearly you dont. Total waste of time. I really felt your staff was lazy and wanted to just go home. Sorry to have inconvenienced you. We will sell on ebay for at least $600 and only asked $250 to avoid paying ebay %. Thought maybe we would help a local business than the BIG guys but NVM!!!!

Came in there with my MacBook Pro just looking to pawn for a few days til I got my check. As a first time customer they came out and offered me 30 days interest free if I pick up the item within a month. I pawned it for $350 and except for their $8 filing fee that was how much it was to pick it up $358. Normally with interest at like 26-28% the bill would have been up over $400 which is what I was expecting. They didnt have to offer the no interest for 30 days and I still would have done it as I really needed the money. The whole process was quick and they were very nice people. This is a top notch pawn shop.

I loved the friendly service... When you walk in they dont look at you like youre just a customer. They are very welcoming, and make you feel like they understand that we all have those moments in life where you just need a little help making it through the month. I have been in at least 3 times in a year and the service is great evertime. I especially remember julia... on my very first visit i explained that i had never visited a pawn and she took the time to explain how the process works. She made the whole process very fast and easy ...The place is very clean and organized, its very inviting.

I brought my gorgeous blonde wife here and she loved it! I bought her tons of gold rings and also sold my old ex-wifes ring. They paid high and treated my very well! The jeweler offered to clean the rings for free! Hes the best, I love Pepe and that tall manager!! B & B PAWN AND GOLD IS THE BEST PAWN SHOP IN MESA!!!!! The one tall guy who works there is really cool, probably the coolest guy ever! Love it!

This place is way better than most other pawn shops for buying jewelry. Its almost a jewelry store. I hate jewelry, but they sold me an item for what seemed to be very fair, and then they gave me a 14 day money back guarantee and a 1 year deal where I could trade it in for something else, and I think an offer where they would buy it back for 80% of what I paid. It made me hate jewelry a bit less.

This pawn shop is awesome!!!! I walked in and was greeted and helped right away. The store is very organized and clean, all there items looked in very good conditions and reasonable prices! I went to pawn my jewelery and they offered me the most out of all the pawn shops around here! Went here twice in one day first time was me just getting price for gold diamond ring second time was my husband to actually pawn the ring and he got told a lower price the second time with the exact same ring. Didnt pawn and will never be working with them again.

there website said they pay 90% spot price for scrap gold, after I drove all the was there they offered me 74% spot price, if a; gold buyer, pawn shop, ect. does not ever offer you 80% spot price they are ripping you the heck off, I hate dishonest businesss.
