I normally hate going to a dealership because it is almost always high pressure, they dont even bother to find out what you need or can afford. My experience at Kia was quite the opposite. I immediately felt at ease and my needs were first priority to Brandon. He did everything he could to get me a deal that was within my budget. It was a team effort to make sure my needs were taken care of and all of the other customers in the showroom were also made to feel important. It was a very smooth and painless transition because of Brandon and I will always go back for my vehicle needs and will recommend to my friends. . I already have!

The service was excellent! Teresa Raychok ( Service Advisor) was very helpful. She was there for me when ever I called her about my car She is friendly and knowledgable about SRX. I definitely will recommend to my friends to have their cars Service by Serra. I know that my car is not new but Teresa make me feel like it was. And when I needed a car to get home she had one for me, and was there all the way to keep me posted on what was going on with my car. I spoke with the service department when making my appointment for an oil change the day before my appointment. They said it would normally take an hour or less. I told them my make and model of vehicle. The service desk checked to make sure they had a filter for my vehicle and said they did. They didnt even take my vehicle around back until I had been here for 50 minutes. Now at an hour and a half I check again and they have the oil drained out of it but dont have a filter so they are going to buy one from the store up the road. This is horrible service!! Never again.

The manager was very helpful and not dismissive like some dealerships and salesmen can be. Excellent customer service in my opinion. There was just a focus on us as a potential vehicle purchaser that felt real. It seems very foreign in this business, and if you have been test driving vehicles and visiting dealers, youll probably understand exactly what I am trying to convey. Very clean, considering the construction going on next door. Will more than likely purchase our vehicle here as a result of these standout qualities.

I would like to give my Thanks and Appreciation to Charlie Chang and Mike Michelson for making my car purchasing a very positive experience. These two gentlemen where both honest, straight to the point, down to earth salesmen and financing experts. I had walked out of 4 dealerships prior to walking through the doors of Serra Kia/Buick/Cadillac due to judgmental, overbearing, pushy personnel. I recently leased a Kia Sportage for my dauguhter from Serra Kia in Romeo. The experience could not have been better. The dealership has a good inventory to slect from and are very accomodating to work with. In addition, Nick Doelle is the best salesperson I have ever worked with and I am 55 years old. Nick made me feel that he was working for us and had my daughters needs in mind. He remained in close communication to keep us apprised of what he was pursuing. Thank you Serra, Kia and Nick!

Had a not-so-great offer from Glassman Kia, sent that offer around to the other dealers in the metro, sales manager of Serra immediately called and guaranteed a higher offer on my trade. I told him right then what I wanted to pay for his vehicle & he agreed over the phone. I ended up with a higher trim level or LESS than the lesser trim Glassman was offering. In 1 day Serra sealed the deal with me over the phone. Well worth the 50min drive from work, and the 1+ hour drive home.

Tyler Witte was very good - helpful, courteous and not at all pushy. His friend Brandon was also great in helping us find the vehicle I was looking for. Michael the business manager was pleasant, helpful and made everything go smoothly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous at first since this is the first car I have purchased in 15 years, but all 3 made the whole experience pleasant and smooth.

Nick the salesman did a great job but Jim the finance guy made many mistakes that is taking me weeks to fix--- the wrong address is the main one he was in a hurry and upset when I pointed it out and he had to change the paper work ---still never got it correct -----you need a new person for your finance

I wouldnt shop here SPECIFICALLY because the radio commercial is extremely annoying. That awful music that is used literally drives me to anger. Every time the commercial starts I immediately shut the radio off or take my headphones off.

Brandon sold our second car to us. We bought a 2016 KIA Sedona and could not be happier. When we bought in our trade they even buffed out a scratch on it prior to evaluating it. I would recommend this place to anyone.
