I reached out online acquiring more info on a used 2015 Jeep and never received a response back (which i thought was weird). Three days later I decided to call myself and find out if the car was still available. The car was not sold and I scheduled a test drive the following day. Once arriving, the dealerships atmosphere seemed more like a funeral home, everyone seemed misrable and bored. My Salesman was very short and distant as there was no joyful greeting or conversation. Right away he asked for my ID and told me the keys were already in the car, I walked myself out ALONE to take a look and test drive. Thought that was very rude as I drove over an hour from work in Ann Arbor to meet him on time. After the test drive, I noticed 1,200 more miles on the dash than what was listed online. The interior was not cleaned and there seemed to be personal belongings still in the car. Oil Gauge was at 25% life and has not been changed since it was first driven 16,900 miles ago. Makes sense as I was told he drives the car to work and takes it home every night. I was still interested but they couldnt tell me anymore details about the car or warranty info. Sales rep only response was "We sell Fords not Jeeps or Chrysler , dont know to much about it but give me a offer". Didnt make to much sense because they were selling me a Jeep . Once agreeing on a rate, I politely asked if they could change the oil and detail the car since it was still in use. Didnt think I was asking for to much since I was going to spend $34,000 on a car. The next response was "What else do you want" very rudely....but he did agree if I gave them a deposit. When I picked up the car 2 days later, I still got the rude vibe as if they didnt want to sell the car. Understanding my salesman was with someone else, I didnt even get a "hello" or "Ill be right with you in a little". I sat there for 15 minutes with no greeting or acknowlegemnt , there was only 1 customer in the whole dealership. When receiving the keys, I was very shocked they at least walked me out and offered to put on my liscense plate. The interior was cleaned but the oil not changed as I was told it would be. When asking why it wasnt changed, I was told I already got $700 off the car and I had to take it up with the sales manger because he wouldnt budge anymore and I was lucky to get a half tank of gas??!!! uncalled for. and rude... Upon leaving I never received a "Thank You for my business" or a hand shake!!!! Worst car/ sales experience of my life, the sales rep did nothing but collect a commission check from me. I did not not make a scene or act rude back because in the end I knew I would get the last laugh.. My family has been buying our company trucks from Romeo Ford for many of years but wont be anymore moving forward!!! I would have walked out on the first visit but the dealership had the wrong Jeep sticker price and was a couple grand under value. Pays to do your research before hand, Guess they do "Sell fords and not Jeeps" Dont waste your time coming here, you can get a better/ more enjoyable service else where!!!!

I bought a used Ford Focus from Romeo Ford and drove it home. The following day, the car lost power while I was driving to work. I assumed, in my unfamiliarity with the vehicle, I may have left a light on and didnt think much of the battery dying. After an hour delay and jumping the vehicle, I continued to work and made sure all lights were off before parking. After my shift (about midnight) the vehicle lost power again. Again, I had to call a friend for a jump and was able to get home with my friend following me. The next day, I called Romeo Ford in the morning and explained what had happened with the vehicle, 36 hours into my ownership experience, and suggested they may have sold the car to me with a bad alternator. Once I arrived, the dealer verified that the alternator did need replacement and dealer technicians could do it for $200, since my vehicle was used and came with no warranty. I was upset with idea of paying for a part that was sold to me broken and expressed this to my salesperson, as well as the service manager. Both were unwilling to help or offer any kind assistance, suggesting I assumed all risk upon purchasing my new vehicle. Legally, I suppose Romeo Ford is correct. Aside from this experience, the car has been relatively reliable, but I will not be visiting Romeo Ford again. Due to the lack of concern the dealership displayed for my experience, I have shared this story with local friends and family in the market for new and used vehicles. Any Ford dealer could have offered me a quality vehicle. A quality Ford dealer would have offered me a quality experience.

Awful. This dealership was unprofessional and left us hanging after a vehicle purchase. After sending a letter due to difficulties experienced on a used vehicle they agreed to fix prior to delivery, the OWNER of the Dealership called and left a very unprofessional message on our answering machine. The issue was in regards to the A/C system on the vehicle - Romeo Ford didnt fix the issue, simply recharged A/C unit - instead of replacing parts as they had agreed to during the sale. After bringing the vehicle back to the dealership, they claimed to fix the issue it would cost over $700! We allowed them to perform the service and found out they used reconditioned parts, but charged us for NEW parts (we later found this out because the parts failed again). Needless to say, we didnt return. We took the vehicle to Huntington Ford in Rochester and had a much better experience. DONT go to Romeo Ford. Scamming, dishonesty, and terrible service. I wouldnt recommend setting foot in the sales or service department.

Couldnt ask for anything more. Exceptional. Our Salesman Bill Sciturro was great. On a Monday evening we met and identified the vehicle we were looking for. By Tuesday he had found and worked out a trade for the last one available in Michigan. Wed we picked up our new F150 on time as promised. Tom Marszalec the Finance Director was also a pleasure to deal with. All paperwork went smoothly. Ensured I knew what extras were available, but without the hard sell like you get at many dealerships.Very clear and effortless. He also went out of his way to inform me of my lease turn in status after vehicle was inspected. Romeo Ford gets it. They treat you like a customer. Not just a sale. Bill has even followed up since delivery with a personal call and a card in the mail. Might not sound like much, but the effort & sincerity is appreciated. I am a Ford employee and can purchase a vehicle from any dealership. I choose Romeo Ford.

I would have to agree on majority of the people that says this dealership is a JOKE! Was interested in purchasing a used car from there told me they would talk about numbers on how much we can agree on drove about an HR and got there then told me shoot an offer...did that never heard a call back had to call them and they shot the offer down.... forget that fact that they shot the offer down 1). The car had 2 problems with it that would cost $2,000 to at least fix 2). There were other cars on other dealers MUCH CHEAPER and they still made it as theres was a "Special" one and "cant find a better deal" 3). When i went to go look at the car the "SALESMAN" didnt even know what the car did.... (lets clearify that)...... HE didnt even seen the car till we both sat down in it... hmmmm was i the salesman? Just save yourself some time and DONT go the this dealership
