I had used Holyrood houndz on multiple occasions love my original groomer. Well she must have quit and my pomeranian came out of here injured. Dropped him off picked him up and found he was shaved though I didnt request that asked for a trim. That wasnt worst of it I put him down as we where walking to car I noticed him limping thought maybe he just wasnt comfortable with his shaved cut however we got home and it continued and he wont jump up on bed finally coaxed him into it and he just screamed in pain. So I know something happened when he was there. I heard a commotion of other dogs fighting in back when we checked out and she said oh they where just playing and didnt even go look at the screaming other dogs. Im sure with the holiday they where over booked but this is unacceptable. If I drop my dog off for a grooming I dont expect him to come out injured. Mostly since when he gets groomed he dont move he is always so scared every groomer tells me he is the easiest groom so its not like he injured himself. Stay away I expect more when paying over 60 then a shaved injured pet! off to vet we go in the morning to see what happened to his leg when he was there.

Came in today on a friends recommendation was expecting to be greeted with a smile, but was sadly disappointed. I walked into a horrendous smelling facility I asked the lady a simple question about the cakes wondering if they were something they would serve regularly, but was rudely answered that they have them at all times, so then I just walked out the door because at that point I felt that it was me that was a problem so I will not be returning there with my services nor will I ever suggest any one to come to this place.

I thought that the owner was very reasonable and really helped me to pick out a good dog food for my golden. She handled the situation very professionally and even let me in when they werent ready to take customers yet. Very nice facility. We need to have more places that are customer oriented like them.

Jackie is really the best. I feel like she loves my babies (cairn terriers) as much as I do, and they love her too. She does a wonderful job grooming. Our dogs leave there smiling, there actually smiling showing there teeth when they get into the car. Love her, just a caring and wonderful person.

We recently went to Hollywood Houndz and had Jackie take care of our "baby". She not only showed our Golden more love than any groomer has ever shown, but she made a point to come out and talk to us about care for the Golden coat. This is a groomer I will followw anywhere!
