BRIDES BEWARE!!! SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE!! Horrible service! I wouldn t even give them 1 star but it wont let me give them negative. I ordered my wedding dress in October, 8 months before my wedding. I was told by my consultant that it would only be 3-4 months since I was ordering a gown from their house line Luvit. After 4 months I called to check and was told it would ship the next week and I would have my gown the the middle of the month. This is what I was told for the next 3 months! The last being in April and it would be in by the middle of May, my wedding is June 30. We then decided it was time to talk to the manager. Danielle talked to my mother & said she would personally check on it. The next day she never called back, every time we called the store they told us she was busy & could not speak to us but would call before they closed at 6. When called at 5:55 the receptionist Char told me to stop calling and bothering her and we would get a call before close! When Danielle finally called around 7, she finally admitted that my dress came in back in January but was wrong so they sent it back with a rush & when she called the designer no one knew where my dress was and could not guarantee I would have a dress by my wedding date. THEY LOST MY WEDDING DRESS!!!! I will never refer any one to that place, EVER!

Terrible customer service. I unfortunately bought my wedding gown from this store and had such a TERRIBLE experience here. They were nice when I first found my dress, but once I paid the deposit on the gown it was all down hill. They just want your money and then they could care less if you ever get the gown and what condition it is in. I didnt mind waiting 6 months for the gown, it is the fact that when I called in December to check the status they said it would arrive in the store by the end of January. When I called in early February they rushed me off the phone and said they will have someone call me back and nobody did. They were unable to find the gown. I called numerous times and kept being blown off. We finally spoke to a manager in March. When we came to get the dress there was a snag right in the center of the gown. It looked like sharp nails cut it... WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE. Maybe good for prom dresses, but if you are a bride and want your wedding dress experience to be one to remember go somewhere else.

Thank you Henris!!! With the help of your knowledgable, friendly staff, we found the perfect dress! I answered a few questions about what I liked and didnt like, then they helped select some dresses for me to try. They even stayed within my budget so that I didnt fall in love with a dress that I wasnt ready to spend so much on. Once I selected the perfect dress for me, they showed me some accessories that were amazing with the dress. Although I didnt get all of the extras, they were not pushy about trying to get me to buy the rest, I appreciated that. I wish I could post a picture on here for you to see how happy I was in my dress! Quality, Appeal and Service = the best of the best! EVERYONE NEEDS TO SHOP AT HENRIS!!!!

This is the best dress shop around to buy a formal gown! Ive been going to Henris for all my formal gowns for about 5 years now! My stylist this time was Ellie Hudson and she was amazing! She showed me so many different dresses to try on and I ended up finding the perfect one! It did need alterations done to it so we went back a few weeks later to try it on and it was perfect! We were on a budget and Ellie stayed right on point even with the alterations- plus finding a pair of earrings and a braclet! Thank you so much Ellie and all of the Henris staff!

KID PERFECT

Thankyou so much to Henris & their Amazing staff!!! Our daughter made the mistake of ordering her dress from somewhere else online & long story short was without a dress the day before her Senior prom. We were welcomed with open arms & drove over an hour away. They treated her like a princess! Corey was beyond Amazing & a Blessing to us! I will be bringing my youngest daughter for every special occasion from now on! We couldnt express enough how Wonderful Corey was! She looked amazing & felt amazing, as a mother that Blessed my heart!

The third dress I tried on was "THE ONE" I had Morgan to help me out she was very easy to talk to. I am not a girl that wears too many dresses in my life. So she could really understand what I wanted to be in for my wedding dress. They store employees made commendations for my group, I had grandparents that could not move up stairs very well so we had the appointment on the lower level. I highly recommend going here for wedding dresses or even prom/homecoming!

I went to Henris with my daughter last night just to look. We were greeted by Andrew Ray. Mr. Ray has an outstanding personality,his style was impeccable. He helped my daughter find the perfect homecoming dress so we went from looking to buying. The selection of dresses there was fabulous. We will definitely go back for her prom dress. Ive had nothing but amazing experiences at Henris in Minerva! Danielle, Emily and Kristy have always been truly fantastic in taking care of me! Dress selection is huge and they are always willing to share their opinions and help you find that perfect dress for any occasion! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I recently got my prom dress from Henris. They helped me find the dress I wanted and it was at a great price. The workers were all very lovely and extremely friendly. My stylist Samantha Hewitt picked a wonderful dress that fit me great. They have a lot of different colors and styles to pick from.
