I wanted to take a moment to send a "thank you" to your company and tell you what a wonderful employee you have in Mary Jo. My daughters first holy communion is fast approaching and we started to lose hope in finding a dress we both liked for such a special day. We ordered a dress from so sweet boutique (the third dress ordered for the event) and to our dismay, the manufacturer was again, out of her size. Mary Jo took the time to contact me by phone not just to tell me the dress was not available, but she had taken the initiative to speak with the manufacturer of the dress we liked to see what dresses they DID have in my daughters size. The manufacturer had 9 dresses!!! I was so happy when I heard her voice mail, (to think that there might actually be a light at the end of the tunnel in our search for the perfect dress). I contacted her back and we spoke and went through all of the styles together one by one until we found one that we really loved. Mary Jo deserves much praise for her efforts and in taking the time to provide the customer service that is hard to come by (especially during such a busy season for this type of attire). NO OTHER SITE came close to providing me with the customer service and hands on approach that Mary Jo had. As a matter of fact, I called her back 20 minutes before the boutique was to close and she stayed on the phone with me and patiently went through the dresses even telling me she would order the dress on her day off if she had to ( since the manufacturer was closed). Upon choosing a dress she stated she would call me to confirm the dress was still available. Within 5 minutes the phone rang..... there was someone still at the manufacturers that answered the phone on a fluke and Mary Jo confirmed size and placed the order for the dress. I screamed when she called back I was so excited. She was sweet, courteous and genuinely just a nice person trying to help someone out. I know we may just be talking about a dress here, but I feel her actions speak volumes about her personality. she really deserves a pat on the back. and because of Mary Jo, I will order from So Sweet Boutique again in the future for other events, (even placed you guys in my favorites). I have another child that will be needing baptism clothes soon and we are stopping by your sight for that as well. Thank you Mary Jo --an awesome employee!!!! Keep it up. Youre the best!! I love this store! I recently got married and needed a dress for my flower girl, we live in different cities and were having a very difficult time as I was communicating with my aunt (cousin -flower girl) over the phone and through email. So Sweet Boutique was very experienced in working with people from all different places and online so this was no problem to them. I went to the store and they were so amazing and wonderful, very personable. I talked a little about what I was thinking and they were so helpful, showing me all different options. Once we found what we were looking for I was able to call my aunt and give her the website and product number and she very easily found the dress and loved it. Their staff told me very specifically the way to measure her and they were right on. Within days the dress was ordered and on its way and fit my 3 year old cousin beautifully. The store owner personally spoke to my aunt on the phone several times throughout the process. It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend So Sweet Boutique to anyone and everyone I can! I also would have to strongly disagree with the review below - I work in customer service as well and sometimes things come up, they are a small boutique, I would be nothing but pleased with a call back in the same day. Please dont let this review deter you from paying either the store or the website a visit, you wont be disappointed.

This store is full of the most adorable girly girl and big girl things and at prices lower than the usual boutiques and department stores. Flower89 obviously doesnt know her labels! These are definitely boutique clothing lines. Yes they do cost more than other "discount" stores, but then those stores do not carry high end labels! I would definitely reccommend this store. All of my experiences have been positive. The girls there are very helpful and have even lent me their expertise on a custom order. Thank you So Sweet! Keep up the great work! I look forward to your new prom line!

I just received a dress I had ordered for my daughters sweet 16 party and it came delivered on the date promised, great quality and very reasonable priced. Before I had dealth with So Sweet Boutique I had ordered the same dress from another on-line dress store and was told the dress was in-stock & ready to ship, but it wasnt & they never communicated with me. As for So Sweet Boutique, Jennifer emailed me back right away (even after store hours) to let me know they had the dress & I placed my order. I will do business with them again & I recommend you do too!

I have to say this boutique is fabulous. I recently purchased a flower girl dress for a christmas wedding from out of town (we do not live in the area) and unfortunately the size I chose was incorrect, Jennifer was extremely helpful with the correction of the order and the arrival time of the order. I was really cutting it close to the wedding day and So Sweet Boutique just absolutley bent over backwards to help me get the order right and on time!! I couldnt be happier, Thank you so much So Sweet Boutique!!

I needed a dress for my little girl fast. They were the only place I could find with dresses in stock and someone to help answer my questions. I called the store to see what they had and we were able to choose from a good selection of immediately available dresses. My daughter chose a beautiful Tiffany gown and they were able to help me make sure I chose the right sizing for her. They surely helped with my stress of trying to get a dress for a pageant a week and a half away!

So Sweet Boutique had the most amazing communion dress that I ordered but it was out of stock from the manufacturer. Jennifer, the owner, went to great lengths to get the dress so I would have it in time!! I still do not know how she did it!! When the dress came, the quality of it was fabulous! Quality clothing and incredible customer service--two things that will make me a life-long customer. I will recommend this shop to everybody I know! Thanks again, Jennifer!!

I ordered a beautiful Tiffany pageant dress online from So Sweet Boutique. Prior to the purchase I exchanged many emails with the owner, even sending over a picture of my daughter Ashley so that she could assist in picking out the perfect dress for her. I am beyond pleased with my purchase! So Sweet sent the order exactly on time, shipped neat and clean, and even included a thank you note. I will definitely order from them again!!
