I bought my Mazda 6 from a different dealership and decided I wanted all my service repairs done at a Mazda Dealer. After easily locating Gullo Mazda of Conroe I decided to bring my car in for a simple oil change to "test the waters." Having bought my car a year used I expected being a new customer to hear additional repairs it may need, etc... definitely not the case. I had my Service Advisor at the time Dan Wrider assure me the car was in great shape, had been recently checked over with fluids, and informed me of a multipoint inspection they do in their Service Shop each time the vehicle is brought in, proof that bumper to bumper my car was inspected and documented. I was greatly impressed with the excellent customer service all staff members extended, and this is what ultimately made me continue to bring my car to them. I without a doubt will own another Mazda in the future and continue my relationship with this dealer, they have never let me down. As a customer of the Service Department of Gullo Mazda of Conroe for 8 years I highly recommend them. I always have an offer of a loaner vehicle even while my car is in for an oil change if vehicles are available, a shuttle to or from work, always kept up to date during the repair process, always have all my concerns and repairs addressed, and have extremely reasonable pricing on all repairs and parts. Dan Wrider transitioned to the Service Manager, I was extremely happy to see the Service Department continue to stride. He is one of the most genuine employees I have come into experience with in my 10 years working in the car industry. Even as a Manager he continues to be highly involved with his customers and repairs in his Service Dept.

This was the easiest most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. I have purchased well over 10 cars in my lifetime. The attention and respect that was given to my family was appreciated. Eric our sales expert made sure we didnt just test drive our car, he helped us to experience the true handling of the car. We got a fair offer on our trade which met what I was expecting so no surprises, and without a haggle gave us the purchase price of their vehicle. Their price was right at what I had researched, in fact they slightly beat the price that I had anticipated, again without the annoying haggle. The financing took a bit long, but that was only for the wait for a loan officer. We were there close to closing, so I understand the delay with that. Our experience at finance went better than expected. They didnt go and start beating you up for the second sale. They asked if we wanted any additional items added to the car, and gave us the paperwork to fill out. We were not pressured at any time to by an extended warranty, tire insurance, or end of the world protection.We went in prepping ourselves to say no to the extended warranty. In the end we asked to see it and were surprised at how inexpensive the offering. We could not turn it down. In the end I left satisfied with my purchase and felt like I made a transaction rather than a hustle. I would recommend to others and I have already sent references that way.

Last week we decided to turn in my 2013 Audi Q5. My husband talked with Phillip Sharp at Gullo Toyota and he found a Rav 4 that was perfect for me. My husband was driving a 2014 Toyota Tundra (1794 edition) and he decided that he wanted a 2016. On Saturday, September 12, my husband and I drove to Gullo, and both vehicles were ready. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car, let alone two! Joyce Castelan explained the technology to each of us. She was patience, as well as knowable. Ms. Riley had homemade cookies that were delicious, and we enjoyed them as she went through the manuals of each vehicle. Taylor Conway did the financing - it was pain free. We bought two cars and were out of the dealership in less than two hours. Daniel Wrider did an excellent job putting on my husbands custom rims. I have owned every luxury car out there, and I have never had a more positive experience than I did at Gullo Toyota. I wish I could give them a six star rating, the Gullo team deserves it. We will be lifelong customers.

We have taken our 2015 Mazda CX5 for 4 Oil changes, the 2nd & 3rd time they suggested a tire rotation. We agreed but I realized several weeks after the 3rd tire rotation it had not been done because the tire plug from a screw was still in they right rear tire. This passed week we returned and I made them aware of this tire rotation issue. I was assured the tire would be rotated and probably rotated in the past (to which I disagreed). When our car came out from the 4th oil change the plugged tire was still on the right rear. I showed the service writer & she got the Service manager (Dan) whom did not believe me. We left and on our way home received a call from Service manager (Dan) saying he had spoken to the mechanic & he had admitted to not rotating the tires. Dan afford a free tire rotation if we decided to ever return. I think they owe us several tire rotations. Mark your tires and check later to know if your getting everything your paying for!!

I was in the market for purchasing a new 2016 Mazda Miata MX5 so I researched all of the Mazda Dealers in my area. I choose Gullo Mazda in Conroe. I called and talked to Phillip Brown. Phillip had a very good telephone voice which made me feel very comfortable. He told me they had received a vehicle that I was looking for. I set up an appointment to meet with Phillip and I was very pleased to meet him. He made me feel very comfortable and someone I could be friends with. Phillip worked with me on my trade-in and the trade-in manager to get us a good price we would accept after a short discussion. Phillip continue to work with me for quite a while until all could be finalized. He took the car to have it serviced and explained all the accessories on the vehicle. It was a good experience and I was pleased with the Gullo Staff. I have always been a Ford Customer but I will also be happy to recommend Mazda products and Gullo Mazda.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gullo Mazda and Debbie Osgood! Debbie Osgood greeted us upon arrival and had the car ready for us to test drive. She was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all "salesy" or "pushy". She was a dream to work with especially after dealing with a horrible, dishonest dealership that sold the car my 16 year old daughter fell in love with right out from under her. Debbie handled our transaction quickly, fairly, and honestly. My husband and I spent less time that morning buying a car than we did in the afternoon trying to switch our cell phones from one carrier to another. Thanks to all of the kind people at Gullo Mazda - Debbie, Jared, and Alec - for making our car buying experience a pleasure! We will definitely be returning when our other three daughters are in need of a vehicle and referring friends and family!!! If I could give Gullo Mazda of Conroe six stars I would!!!
