My wife and I searched long and hard for a first car for our sixteen year old daughter. Needless to say we had the usual experiences that one would have in visiting local car lots (the typical high pressure "what do I have to do to get you in that car?" nonsense. Toward the end of one of those exhausting days, my wife remembered that a new place opened up just down the road from our church on Kuykendahl, Neighbors Auto Sales. We went in not long before closing time and test drove a car (I even lost their SALE flag in the process). Anyway, I told Carol, the wonderful saleswoman, that I would be back in the morning. That night, I did all of the homework a car buyer should do so that I would be ready for the "fight" that usually ensues between buyer and salesperson when buying a vehicle. This was not the case at Neighbors Auto Sales. They let me take the car to my mechanic, gave me the car for what I wanted, and made a breeze out of the paperwork. Moments later, I got a call from a windshield company who was going to come out and fix the windshield complements of Neighbors Auto Sales (I didnt request to have this done). Carol told me that she did not want our daughter driving around with a cracked windshield... If you want a pleasant experience buying a car from wonderful people who absolutely shatter the stereotypes of used cars salespeople, Neighbors Auto Sales is your place. I write this recommendation without hesitation or regret!

I recently bought my car here. I had never heard of this place, and had no expectations going in. I probably would have driven right by it, but I saw a review online and added it to my list of places to look. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. There was zero pressure or hassle, and I mean none. This is a small business and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. They didnt try to talk me into anything and they took care of everything. The price was very good. I had done my research and this was the best deal by a long shot. I took the car for a drive and took it to a mechanic and it was in great condition. They gave me the Carfax without me even asking first. I would recommend this business without hesitation.
