be careful going in to get a car, fully inspect it before getting it. just because they say all the cars are fit to be sold and driven, that was clearly not the case with me. not only was the car way too overpriced for what it was and the condition of the vehicle, going in i was completely taken advantage of and given the worst car on the lot. had it not been for the guy changing my oil at midas i would have never known i needed a new boot on my cv axle and that could have flown off while driving which would have resulted in a messy accident, let alone on another trip to get my tires rotated the owner himself told me i was better off getting rid of it and starting over with a different car. one of the rims on the car wasnt even the right size rim. the ac didnt work, there was no tank to hold windshield fluid, was just the spout part that protrudes from the side, the struts were bad, the lock mechanism was bad on the driver side, and no matter what the car would always shake like crazy once i would hit around 50 mph. the car had also been wrecked before but of course they dont mention that. the midas guy noticed it for me. needless to say i did not feel safe driving the car. then i was ignored towards the end and my phone calls never got returned till two weeks later. save yourselves the time, money and stress and go somewhere else. the front desk ladies though were very polite and easier to work with than the owner Steve. for which i leave the one star.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I purchased a vehicle here thinking I didnt have many options due to my credit. Biggest mistake! I ended up getting 12,000 dollars in debt, without a car to show for it. Within 11 months of having the car, it broke down on me 7 times. They did some repairs, but the send it to some hole in the mechanic that doesnt know what hes doing. 3 times after getting my car back from the mechanic it broke down for the same problem with in the next day. They washed their hands and told me they were not going fix it anymore even if I had the same problem it was in the shop for. So I had to go get another car, and put what I owed on a different car, BC the car I had needed another engine. 1. Transmission went out 2. Camshaft sensor went out 3. Overheating told me it was the fan. Charged me to fix the fan. 4. Overheating 15mins after getting it back from the shop. Obviously it wasnt the fan. It got sent back, and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it. 5. Overheating again after a couple of weeks. Sent back to the shop, now they tell me the head gasket blew. They had my car for a month. 6. Get it back the next day its leaking oil and coolant everywhere. It got sent back. After getting it back they washed their hands of the car. I was still having issues with how it drove, and it had a strong coolant smell coming from the engine.

I had a great experience with the sales staff and the office associates here. They were great at listening to the details about the vehicle I was looking for and not trying to pressure me into something I did not need or want. I was looking for a particular vehicle that they did not have on the lot, as it was still getting prepared to be on the lot. Pedro on the sales staff found the vehicle, made sure it was cleaned and ready for me to purchase. They are top notch in professionalism and handling anything that comes their way. I highly recommend Trade Rite and their staff.

I have been Calling for 2 days and every time I call I am told Pedro is with a customer and will call me back. I still have not heard from Pedro. I was interested in a vehicle and was ready to put down $2000 but I guess Im not important enough of a potential customer to call back. Extremely frustrated since I am busy with 2 jobs and school. I was hoping with my busy schedule they would take the time to answer some questions over the phone since I have little time to come in for them to be answered. I was initially referred but I will now take my business elsewhere

I would give trade rite minus 100 stars !! They charged me over 3 times the blue book of my vehicle!! Then took the vehicle from me straight out of hospital while at Walmart because i told them how they sucked and i would be bringing vehicle back with the keys. So they decided to take it from me and leave me stranded!! When i calked them they said yes we took it because you said we suck. Wow ok they just did me the best favor really !! Not having to deal witj them wsd worth it !!

But let me tell you these ladies from the new account manager Crystal, to Blanca and Denise are the most helpful and understanding women in the car sales business, that Ive ever had to deal with. They will try their best to suit your needs and will go above and beyond. If youre looking for a car, please talk to these ladies. You will not be disappointed!

Just went to get a quote on a 04 Honda civic Kelley Blue book retail value around $5000 quoted price BEFORE FINANCING $12,999 idk where they get their pricing at but thats ridiculous expected to pay a little more at an in house financing place but not over double

Stay away from this joke of a dealership at all costs. Charged over 3 times the value of the car with a ridiculous interest rate. Many of the vehicles on their lot have "frame damage" listed in the vehicle history.

What a joke! Almost all the cars were priced at $12995. None of them were worth half that amount as I looked up their Kelly Blue Book values. Just keep on driving by!
