Sherri is amazing!!! She was so nice and helped us with any questions we had. This review was the day I got my car.. 3 days later I returned my car on account of not having my job any longer. Horrible luck for me..but to my surprise they basically said screw me. They would not even bother to talk to me and sent me on my way. I could not get my deposit of 3000 dollars back on a car I only drove for 3 days. They said it will be counted as a repossession on my credit score! They are horrible people. I will be back with a lawyer and I will be getting what is rightfully mine. Especially knowing the car I had is back on the lot now ready to be sold again for a wooping 18,000. Thats right an 08 with 137,000 miles for 18,000. 25% intrest rate!! They are taking advantage of people who have bad credit and saying they care about us and want to help us. Where was the understanding and the care about ME when I asked to talk to a financial advisor? All they care about is the money in their pockets. Dont believe their bull. I have already contacted greenville news and they will get what is coming to them. Stay away from this place if this place will even be in business in a few years. And these people sleep just fine at night knowing they take peoples hard earned money and screw them and refuse to talk to you. I am going to every website they advertise and put this review on and drag them through the mud. The Internet is everyones go to..once people see how they are and get a bad reputation. It will be all over for them. I can not wait to see the day. Be smart people. I was not!

These people have messed up over and over again and I would not give them even one star if I didnt have to. I bought a vehicle from them in 2016 and things worked out not great but ok aside from the fact that the donut tire they gave me was messed up and they didnt give a a working jack, anyway... I have the insurance they provide and in 2017 when the vehicle I had then was in an accident I had to wait 9 WEEKS before they even processed the paper work!!!!! And I had to go up there and threaten to sue before they replaced my vehicle with the one I have now. OH and during those 9 WEEKS I waited for them to process paperwork I had to pay for a vehicle I was unable to use. Thats a little over $2,000 because someone couldnt do there job. As if that wasnt ridiculous enough when I got my new vehicle they failed to cancel my other car payment so they took even more money out and it was the biggest headache to go through getting that money back... I have too much going on in my life to deal with that!!! And now after all that a few things I dont have the time to list they are refusing to fix some of the pre-existing problems the new car because the previous employees are no longer working there and they are the ones who promised they would fix the problems. I will never buy another car from them and I will warn everyone I know to not buy from them as well.

I do not believe this company deserves the one star that I have rated it. After being called by this company and being told I was "pre-approved", I drive an hour to Greenville to find out that I have been denied. No kind of financing issued due to my employer because there was issues with his business. I must say that this is the biggest run around I have ever dealt with in my life. The company uses google to verify information. Some what okay but not accurate. I felt like my hard earned money was NOT good enough for them. It seemed like I totally got the run around. I will avoid this company. I will not waste my time for them to give me the run around. If information is lacking on the employers side, it seems the car company could contact the employer to find out the needed information. The company acted like they was to good for me. Thats okay. I will spend my money elsewhere with a company who can appreciate me. I would avoid this business at all costs. Also, the car I wanted was not on site and the cars that was on site looked awful. I do not believe that they will sell these cars unless to a sucker. If you want professional service I would recommend going elsewhere. - Very unhappy

This place is full of it. They the you lies about we can help you with your situation. Dont be late on your payments and try to explain why you are late. They will come pick up your car and make you pay a towing fee and the car payment to get it back. Yes they cars are triple the price. I had a 08 ford Taurus with them abfy it was about 13,000 for the car. And it is about 9 years old. That is a brand new car price. The car battery went bad on me had to purchase a new within two months and the brakes were making noises while I drove it. I took it up there and they say the brakes ok. They had go the cheapest brakes advance auto parts. Try somewhere else before you try them. Keep your option open. We just needed a car thats why we went there. Good talk to get you and after that nothing else comes good with it.

To get my car was a good but long experience. Timmy, my salesman was the best part of my experience. He is the only one who seemed to care or even try to help me with my issues. After I had purchased my car not so much. I had many issues with my car and had to take it up quite a few times before they were somewhat resolved. Also my temp tag has been expired for 2+ weeks and still have yet to receive a regular tag so I am afraid to drive my vehicle. On top of all that, when I called yet again to check on my tag, as I was asking a second question I was hung up on. I would not recommend this JD Byrider to others. I had purchased a car from one in FL and they were so much more helpful. Not a happy customer.

My experience with JD Byrider was a relief. I have been looking for a way to get a good reliable vehicle but dont have that good of credit. They took a chance on me and I thank them for that. Everyone was real nice from the time I stepped in the door until I left in my new ride. My sales associate Brittany was very welcoming throughout the whole process. I recommend anyone needing to buy a vehicle go through JD Byrider in Greenville on Laurens Rd. and ask for Brittany she will take care of you and try to meet your needs the best she can. Also the general manager Eddie also helped out any way he could to try and get me in a vehicle that I wanted to get in. Thanks to everyone at JD Byrider.

I dealt with Mike Tinley, Corey, and Darleisha they were all rude and all three hung up on me in the middle of me speaking with them I have been a customer for a year and I have always paid my car payment on time and never gave them any trouble I have had to put my car in the shop several times in the year I have had it and the first mechanic I ever took it to told me the car was fixed just enough to get it off the lot I wouldnt recommend them to anyone they are just out here ripping ppl off and lying they are crooks and they dont care how they treat their customers the only reason I gave them one star is because I couldnt post without it DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
