This has been the worst car service experience I have ever had. Two weeks ago I came in with an AC issue and left with unsecured parts, a missing cap on my AC hose, random non factory wires and wiring that drained my battery. I took it back the first time and was told it was the heat that had messed up my battery, but they also told me there was nothing wrong with my battery. When I got home I noticed the afore mentioned issues and gave them a callback the next day. I brought my car in the day after and left it with them for another day. When I picked it up I was assured that all the issues were fixed and I looked under the hood to verify that the issues I had found were indeed fixed. I was also told that they had found what was draining my battery and fixed that. Everything appeared to be fixed, however, the next day when I drove my car I realized that it wasnt turning off when I took out the key. Thankfully I drive a manual so I was able to stall it to turn the engine off. I assume something was still running though because my battery was dead when I went to drive it a few hours later (also this battery was bought in December, and like I mentioned earlier in my review, I was told there is nothing wrong with the battery). Once I jumped it and drove it home, the engine again did not turn off when I removed the key. I am unplugging my battery tonight so that the car wont drain anything while its "off." The crew has been very friendly and courteous, however, the services done on my car have been an all out disaster. Luckily I am moving next week and will be able to take it to another Fiat dealership.

This company sold me an additional warranty which was suppose to cost $2000. After several attempts to get a break down on these additional charges because they just didnt make sense the finance manager promised me it was all correct. I called him several times til I became fed up and got a Manager by the name of Richard who then tried to help me. We found out together that the finance manager crammed onto my loan an additional $1600 of warranty that we were not aware of. I became upset and told him to remove this warranty off of my loan completely for the dishonesty on 1/22/2017 for $3600. As of today this additional money is still on my loan and I am accruing interest on it and the Manager hasnt offered any type of compensation or the slightest thing. At this point I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business or like I told him maybe it was done to us cause we look different.

Retirement was set for Friday after working for 24 years and on Tuesday before, I was in a 4 car accident totaling my vehicle. My daughter flew in on Thurs. from Colorado for Retirement Party on Friday and we spent all our time searching for the right replacement vehicle. We thought we found a car on the following Monday at dealership in close proximity to Brandon Honda, but had not yet gone to Brandon Honda. On our way to purchase vehicle at the other dealership, my daughter suggested we stop by Brandon Honda to see if they had any Used Honda Pilots on the lot before we go to the other location. I am soooo glad she made that suggestion!

I received an oil change 3/24/17. My FIAT was serviced by Elliott. He did a superior job and I couldnt be happier! He was friendly and went over and beyond in servicing my car, my car was cleaner than when I brought it in! There was absolutely no hassle, I 100% was respected as a female and not taken advantage of like many service departments. I WILL ALWAYS come here for an oil change, and any other FIAT owners should as well. Best oil change ever, no sketchy up-sell, it was a dream come true. Thanks for the wonderful, legitimate service! I will be back!

I didnt buy my Fiat here, I bought mine in Louisville, KY before moving to the Tampa area. BUT, I brought it here for a repair of my power window switch which had started to malfunction. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in one hour (I scheduled an 8 am appointment one day ahead of time). Fresh donuts and a deluxe coffee machine in a comfortable lounge made the wait seem even shorter (not to mention free WiFi and newspapers). My service-man was Eric, who was excellent as well.

I dint buy a car here, but the dedication that Richard Houser gave me was above and beyond. He worked day and night, answered all my email, call and even text. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and fast. If you havent visited them yet you should I highly recommend it. I know you wont regret it, I sure didnt.
