I visited the Europtics store in Cherry Creek to see if they could fit eyeglasses I purchased elsewhere. I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided with expert care. Renee was awesome and genuinely wants her customers to be happy! As a long-time Cherry Creek resident I realize the customer perception of Cherry Creek shopping is that its overpriced blah, blah, blah... but trust me you get what you pay for! Oh, nevermind, I paid nothing for my adjustment and received value and precision that the original store failed to provide. I am pleased to see a customer-centric focus with Europtics and will be a customer when the time comes to purchase new eyewear. Thanks Renee!

Europtics is a fabulous company. At the Cherry Creek location, the optician and optometrist staff are superb, and I must say especially Rebecca. As I travel, people over the world stop me to comment on my glasses from Europtics. I smile and tell them about the Denver company and the special attention given to each pair providing the perfect fit and look. Ive been a Europtics customer for over 10 years, 3 locations, and am excited each appointment to interact with the staff once again as well as view new choices from the most beautiful glasses in the world.

I just purchased TWO expensive pairs of eyeglasses. After a few weeks and them ordering the wrong color and forgetting to call me when the glasses were available, I still dont have them. The other pair were special ordered and they were not supposed to put lenses in them in case I wanted to send them back after seeing them, but they went ahead and filled the prescription anyway. The customers just plain dont matter here.

I work for a non-profit organization called Spring Back Colorado and Europtics has donationed eye exams and glasses to my employees who have been homeless veterans, drug addicts in recovery and out of jail. Ken Melies was very generous in getting glasses for an employee here.Also Pete Wybenga was very helpful at the Europtics store in Flatiron in making this all happen. Thank you Europtics
