I had an eye exam by one of the doctors on a Saturday and ordered a pair of glasses. Two weeks later I tried on the glasses only to find that the left lens prescription was totally wrong. The owner/manager was very rude and told me it was my eyes that were not used to the prescription. I was insistent that it was very wrong and was finally offered another eye exam by the other doctor. I left the new glasses at the shop never having worn them. After the exam, the doctor pointed out to the manager that the prescription was incorrect and provided the correct prescription. I looked for a different pair of frames before sending in the new prescription. The manager was very rude and told me that I was only allowed to do this ONCE with the tone of "how dare you!". She also told me the two frame were exactly the same price which turned out not to be true. When called to come get the new pair of glasses I asked the price of the new frames and was told that they were $110.00 less than the first pair. At the shop I was very pleased with the new pair. The manager never mentioned the price difference until I brought it up to her. She then went on the computer to issue me a refund check to be sent which would take up to a month because I had paid cash and they dont give cash refunds. The attitude of the manager/owner is deplorable.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses and a pair or prescription sunglasses. I am happy with the prescription lenses in both pairs, but the sunglasses frames were warped when I received them. I have an asymmetric face so I just kept thinking its me, not the frames. I had the clerk try to adjust them and my impression was that she made the situation worse. Then my husband looked at them and pointed out the obvious manufacturing defect. By the time I figured this out I was outside of the warranty period so I did not pursue a resolution with See. Also, the sunglasses were presented to me in a hard-shell glass case in which they did not fit. They were half in, half out of the case, and thus clamped in a way that no one who cares about their glasses would ever store them. This, too, left a bad impression. See sells a lot of large sunglasses so its weird to me that they dont have cases that fit their products, and are thus actually useful. Im disappointed. Really disappointed.

The selection was great, and the doctor who saw me for my appointment was wonderful. All that said, the owner, who does the fittings on glasses, is HORRIBLE. I bought two pairs of glasses - and I have worn glasses for 25+ years (since I was 4) - and have never been in an experience where I was unable to have them fitted properly. The owner worked on both pairs, progressively making them worse (very crooked on my face, tight behind one ear, loose behind the other, etc.,) and then suggested that I was just "being OCD." I went back again about a week later to try to have them adjusted again, and again the owner sighed repeatedly when I told her where the problem was after an adjustment, and seemed generally annoyed and irritated with me. I spent $500 on both pairs, at the very least I expected quality customer service. I will not buy glasses from this shop again, which is a shame because, again, the selection of frames is quite good, and the doctor who works there was lovely

I cant recommend this place enough. My friend and I happened upon it while looking at other eyeglass places in Cherry Creek. We were pleasantly surprised to find a place that had really modern glasses for an AFFORDABLE price--seriously, this place has some awesome glasses! There were so many cute styles that I found it hard to decide on which pair so I went in a couple times before making my final decision on glasses. Every time I went in, the people working there went out of their way to help me without being pushy. Also, they work with designers in Europe and elsewhere to create frames for just them so they truly are unique. ...styles you would expect to find in NYC, SF, Europe, etc.

I love SEE! Great frames with unique designs, not the same as everywhere else. Great prices and frequent specials to get very good deals. Great customer service and staff - specifically the two, yes TWO, ladies named Heidi who will hold your hand through the whole process until you have rad frames that are perfect for your face, style, and oh yeah - vision. I guess that part is important too. :) I have worn glasses for 14 years, clear and sunglasses, and typically by a pair of each every year. Since coming to SEE for the first time in 2012 I have never bought a pair anywhere else! Highly recommended.

I love the selection here. It is not for the faint of heart. If you want simple, classic frames, this may not be the place for you. Nearly everything in the shop has pizzaz. This is the place for those who really want unique frames. I get constant compliments on my frames from SEE, and the staff is always helpful. I refer all of my friends who are looking for fun (but sadly not inexpensive) glasses and sunglasses. I keep going back, and I do not regret it at all.

I have had fabulous experiences at See Eyewear over the years. I love, love, love my frames and customer service is top notch! Tim is lovely. I had an issue with some glasses staying on my peanut sized face and he bent over backwards to make me happy. I seriously wanted to skip down the sidewalk after leaving the store. Great philosophy, selection and customer service. Im a lifer!

three hundred plus dollars for normal looking classes. For a hundred and fifty choose between the pair that goes great with a ten year olds halloween costume, or with your drag queen outfit. I love drag queens and drag shows, but I was hoping to find boring glasses for less then three hundred.

Went to this Dr for an eye exam and they rushed me through with a minimal test and prescription. Three months later went to a real office for an actual exam and found the early stages of glaucoma. This Dr will rush you in and out and not do their job.
