I know Lululemon is a chain and the store comes with some negative stereotypes, but I think its been a great addition to the Grand Ave community. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, both about their own products and local groups and sports where they can be used. Their in-store classes on Saturdays are a nice way for customers to get introduced to new activities and their staff are always out supporting local events. Their products may be expensive, but theyre well-designed and high quality, and they stand behind them with reasonable return policies. Im glad theyre here!

This particular store, every time I have been in to shop for my wife, they are very friendly, overly willing to help, just a great example of how customer care should be. I have been to several other LuLu Lemon stores and the customer service is just not the same.

Just bought some pants and when I got home looked at them closer to find a spot on the inside. Either they are okay with selling leggings that have been returned, or dont check to make sure they havent been worn. Disgusting.
