I usually love going into Rue21 but this time it was not a good experience. I received very poor customer service while my boyfriend had no problem getting help. Twice I asked the young ladies for help and each time they both walked away from me. Then we both waited for dressing rooms and I was completely ignored by another young lady. Never had I such poor service at this store.

This store has cute stuff, not the very best quality, but very cute stuff that my 13 year old loves. *Always check retailmenot for a coupon before you check out. We recieved 20% off the last time we shopped.

Terrible. Employees have no idea what they are doing, and it takes longer than 30 minutes to go through the line. Shelves are a mess and shoes were all over the place.
