May 2, 2017 I went to Thurston to get an oil change. The guy told me it will be 3 hour wait and advised me to schedule an appointment and it going to be 45mins service. I went ahead and make an appointment for May 4, 2017 (today). Walked in and he said its going to be 2 hours or more than that. No apologies at all. I said why is that? Give me excuses about a 30k miles service. I said why you didnt say anything when i was here the first time. I should have done this service on 2nd of May rather than made that appointment for what? Same 2-3 hours of waiting. He made me stand there wait & wait for him while he was listening to his voicemails on the speaker phone. He just gave me that look " it is what is" . Im the paying customer here made an appointment just like what he told me. 10am appointment it is 12:30 as im writing this review never heard anything from them yet

The absolute worst. The tow truck driver bent my tie rod on the tow in. Thurston fixed a couple of recall issues. When i went to drive the car home i noticed the alignment was very far out. I returned to the dealership and had their service rep. (Rod Cavanaugh) drive the car around the dealership with me in it. He informed me it was safe to drive home as is. It certainly was not. The left side of all 4 of my tires was worn down to the point of metal poking out by the time i got home to ft bragg. So i had to replace all 4 of those tires (adieu, $400!). Thurston was unaplogetic and never reimbursed me a dime.

Ive been thinking about a car from them, and told them that I never impulse buy but needed to drive it and come back. They took my number, and Ive been called every day for two weeks! I even told them that I didnt want them to call and was no longer interested. They are STILL calling! Even though I want the car after careful consideration, I dont think I want to give them my business.

Worst auto group Ive had the displeasure of doing business with. They take no care with keeping customers informed and are incapable of managing their schedules. Multiple vehicles I know have gone here for service and no good experiences to speak of. Ken Fowler is your local GM dealer to go to and Santa Rosa for everything else. STAY AWAY!

NO!!!! This is the WORST experience Ive EVER had with an auto service. I waited 1.5 hrs for a shuttle service, AND unprofessional promises made, undelivered. YOU THINK we need you, but we do NOT. PEOPLE, STOP GOING TO THEM! THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!!! ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!

I got a 2013 dodge dart back seat not the one that belongs in it my breakes have stoped working twice i had to take car to diffrent dealer to be fixed recall twice thurston has made no attempt to resolve i have a car that is parked i dont feel safe in not cool at all

I told the mechanics there that there was a sensor broken and they insisted it was perfect condition. Went to Les Schwab and behold!! The damn sensor was broken!!! Dont ever, ever!!! Go there.
