If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a Kia from Arizona Used Car Sales in September of 2014. Dave was our salesman and he did great! The process was easy and it went smoothly. In December of 2014, we traded the Kia in and upgraded to a Chevy Tahoe. We financed it through Phoenix Auto Finance (in-house). In late December of 2014, we had a rainy day. We went out to our car and the cup holders were filled with water and our interior lights didnt work. I climbed up on the top of our car and there was a hole about 1.5" wide. I called and talked to Stewart. He apologized and sent me to his place (Maaco) to have it fixed. Is all they did was put a gob of putty on it. It looked hideous. I had to pay to have it properly fixed. In March of 2015, we refinanced the loan through Wells Fargo to get a better interest rate. We gave Phoenix Auto Finance a check paying off the loan in full. They gave me paperwork stating that they received payment and that it had been fully paid off. In April of 2015, the car would not start. I towed it to Auto Zone to have them check everything. They could not find anything. I then had it towed to my mechanic. They could not figure out why it would not start. I finally had it towed it to an ignition specialist. When I financed the loan through them, they installed a device in the car to turn it off from their office if I did not pay my bill. It malfunctioned and wouldnt let me start my car(or so they said). I had to pay a couple hundred dollars to have it removed. Arizona Used Car Sales/Phoenix Auto Finance refused to reimburse me. In April of 2015, we received the title to give to Wells Fargo. They had mixed up our drivers license numbers, birthdays and misspelled my wifes name. We were more than understanding and worked with them over 3 weeks to get it corrected. We eventually received it and were able to give it to Wells Fargo. Around June of 2015, I ran a credit report and it was still showing an open loan with Phoenix Auto Finance. I called and spoke with Kara and she said that they had messed up but had resolved the issue. Around October/November of 2015 I went to buy another car and the credit report still showed an open loan with Phoenix Auto Finance. I called Joy and she informed me that their previous finance manager (Kara) was replaced by her. Joy said that Kara had messed up on multiple loans and that they were in the process of fixing them all. She confirmed that mine had been fixed. On January 30, 2016, I purchased a new car from Berge Volkswagen. When they ran my credit report, the credit bureaus are still showing an open loan from Phoenix Auto Finance with a balance of over $20,000. I called Joy and they said that there were no errors on their end and that I needed to call each and every credit bureau and dispute it with them. I would believe this had the loan not shown as open with a balance with EVERY credit bureau. Absolute worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. Through this process, I did not receive an apologetic letter, card, gift card or anything to make up for all of their mistakes. I strongly urge that nobody purchase a car from this dealership. It has been nothing but hell for me and my wife.

Arizona Car Sales made my buying experience a very pleasurable one. After test driving the vehicle & realizing it was a must have, I contacted their office provided them with my financial situation and received a call back w/i hours. The worked with my down payment or lack thereof, stayed within my monthly payment range and set up my auto insurance as well. They told me to come back in to sign the paperwork and leave in my new vehicle. I was still a little hesitant that something would change while the paperwork was being signed but nothing did!!! They kept their word!!! It has been almost a year since Ive had my vehicle & I have had no problems with it at all- I love love love my Honda!!! I refer all my friends and clients to AZ Car Sales!!

Purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from AZ Car Sales a couple weeks ago. On my way home with my new Fusion, the air conditioning stopped working and vehicle began to overheat. Being a previous Master Technician for a highline luxury automobile company, I inspected what was causing my new car to overheat and returned to AZ Car Sales. I spoke with the General Manager and showed him the defective part on my vehicle (active grill shutter, which was inoperative and stuck closed not allowing any air to travel across the radiator nor condenser causing the vehicle to overheat). They put me in a loaner vehicle and had my new car for a week, which I was told was due to the fact they had to determine what part was bad and why. Come to find out the said part that failed was on backorder from Ford and they did not have a release date for part availability. With no other option, I requested the part be removed so that I could drive my new car without the overheating and no a/c issue and when said part was available from Ford I would return to have it installed. Defective part was partially removed and I was called to come pick my vehicle up. Went to pick up my vehicle and I requested an invoice for repair that was done on my new car and convienently was told that "the guy who writes up invoices wasnt there" so I told them I would wait until he returned. A couple calls were made and we went and talked to the technician who worked on my car. I explained how I was requesting an invoice on the band-aid fix that they performed on my vehicle and that once the part was available from Ford I would return and have it installed. He then told me that that wasnt the plan and they were only to remove the defective part leaving me on my own to repair it!! I then mentioned that they advertise a warranty that comes with all vehicles they sell and he then told me that the part that failed isnt covered under that warranty, how convienent. So now I am left with a new vehicle that has parts that have been hacked and partially removed. Leaves me to question how this vehicle was inspected before being put up for sale on their lot. This whole experience goes to show you that not only do they sell cars with issues but they wont stand up and repair a faulty part on a vehicle that was just purchased. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here, avoid the hassle. Also, its strange how 90% of this dealership reviews on Google are from people with 1 review but all 5 stars. Be cautious!
