I just bought my first certified used vehicle with Enterprise and I was so surprised that it wasnt the horror show that I thought car buying was. My car of 3 years (a 2001 Honda civic that had severe engine problems) finally died on me and I had to buy a car quick! I got financing from a credit union (to make sure I got the best APR), and had a plan to buy a car I saw on their website, to make sure I was ahead of the game. However, I was relieved that Tihn helped me. Tihn worked with me find the right car, even though I thought I my heart set on a car I saw on their website that they shipped over before I got there. Tihn had me test drive the one I thought I wanted and then another, within my price range. He helped me think through other things I wanted in a car and what I liked in my previous cars (gas efficiency, reliability, affordability) and worked with my budget. The whole team was responsive before and after to all my questions (and I had a lot). Not once did I feel pressured to just buy. Because car buying can be stressful, I think that people should, at the very minimum, check out Enterprise out BEFORE you go to another dealership so you can see the difference in the way they treat their customers and work with you.

My wife and I purchased a 10-seat passenger van from Enterprise in Redwood City (2013 Ford E-350 XLT). Our sales consultant, Frank Higgins, was uniformly excellent. He gave us an unhurried tour of the van and a test drive, reviewed the vans features, answered some fairly detailed questions and explained Enterprises used car program. We discussed the rationale for its pricing openly (about $1K below its KBB). When we decided to buy this van, Frank and his team were efficient in initiating and processing a good loan for us. At no point was there the kind of pressure one might anticipate with the caricature of a used car sale. That said, if you are looking for a haggling experience I dont think this venue is for you. Others might be able to push back on this, but my sense was that the price is the price. Our experience supports Enterprises claim of post-sale service. A couple weeks after purchase, the vans battery failed. Frank was quickly responsive in helping us navigate to a service partner, and the problem was quickly resolved. So, our experience has been overall very positive. I recommend them.

Like everyone, we had a bit of an opinion regarding buying rental car. In the end, the experience was very good, despite some extra hurdle, as explained below. Overall, our reseller Tinh was very concerned about making us happy and confident with our choice. He really did a great job and was very friendly and considerate. The car we were interested in was all great and a great deal. But after a thorough inspection, some things needed to be repaired before the purchase. Tinh really took action in solving all these little things, though I had to put a significant time-effort to organize everything. However, it is really worth inspecting the car in the very details and I recommend to bring the car of interest to an independent mechanics for a check up before to conclude any deal. Our car needed some fixing, the cost of which were eventually taken care of by Enterprise car sales. This was nice but it does mean that one has to organize a proper inspection before to sign a contract, otherwise, its for your own! Overall, we are happy with out vehicle and we thank Tinh for his help.

Everything was really good when we picked up our rental we upgrade to a premium car a Ford Taurus , we had no problem until we returned the rental I received a phone call stating we kept the car 3 extra days my reservation was for 9 days we returned the car after hours because they are only open Saturday until noon well she stated she wanted to go over our contract she said we are going to charge the card 700 for a 265 weekly rate I informed her we didnt keep it 3 extra days she removed that but stated we would be charge 674.90 once again for a 265.00 rental there is added charges and no one from enterprise will tell me what it is for ? we used enterprise because they accept debit cards we have rented from them before 3 times in fact and no problems I dont understand why no one even when I sent corporate an email will respond and give me clarification of my charges even with the upgrade it shouldnt be that high in price I wouldnt go back because the lady who called me was rude and wasnt much help returning a car shouldnt be this much hassle hopefully ill hear from someone soon

Ive always liked the service I get from Enterprise as a car renter and yes, car buyer. This is my 2nd experience in buying a vehicle at Enterprise in Redwood City. I was always impressed by no haggle deals. My first vehicle from the car sales dept. was a 2001 Ford F150 crew cab. I had such a great deal then as I did this time. Although my truck still surprises my mechanic everytime he service it or passes the smog check, I really needed a small, economy car to get around town and/or long distance travels. Marcos was very attentive and wrote down notes when we were talking. He knew exactly what car I should have and introduced me to my new, certified car, Chevy Spark. Its a joy to drive my "new" car. My teenage son who helped me choose (actually pushed me more than Marcos did or should have) is very pleased with "my" decision. Thank you Enterprise Car Sales! You did it again... I recommended you before and I will always recommend you to anyone whos in the market to buy a car.

This is kind of long over due, but i bought my car about a couple months ago and I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. I appreciate the fact that they try to find cars in your budget then trying to sell cars just to make quotas. 3 years ago i had a horrible car buying experience, but my experience this time around was a lot different thanks to Kyle, Linh and Marcos. Working with Kyle was so much fun and Linh was very understanding to the horrible car buying experience I had 3 years ago, and made this a more positive experience. I was so happy with my experience that I recommended my cousin to come by and look at a car because she too had a recent horrible car buying experience. It went from us just looking to her getting a car that day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to come here first before looking else where

I was assisted by a great sales person by the name of Gladys Madison. She listened carefully to my situation and key specs that I desired in a car. She was extremely knowledgeable on the differences of engines, models, pros and cons of each vehicle she described. She found financing for me even when I did not feel confident that it was possible. She had me picked up in a car that she felt confident that I might be interested in by my description I was looking for, even within my price range. I fell in love with this Buick Verano. I had no idea I would go from a lexus to a buick and feel satisfied. Her integrity was impeccable and sense of humor made the entire purchasing experience enjoyable.
