Id rather be pummeled in the crotch by hammers than visit this place again. Firstly, please fix up that barn you put your dealership in. I have seen nicer quonset huts that were used to store farm equipment. There is a bad damp smell. Its dirty. They repair vehicles in a facility that I would not store livestock in. Also, to the employees on the floor: its massively unprofessional to sit around and watch movies all day in front of customers on a 50" TV in the middle of the dealership. I know you might have some downtime but it looks like a living room in there. Maybe this explains why Mitsubishi is the market force it is today. I feel I cannot truly explain how deeply disappointed I have been with this dealerships customer service but Ill give it a go. The service department answered the phone with "What?" on 3 separate occasions. If they answer before the 12th ring consider yourself lucky. While I was there an elderly woman there waited 2 hours for a printout of her inspection which they werent able to give her and when she left unsatisfied they rolled their eyes and ridiculed her in front of me, another customer. This could be you! In fact, Im sure it was probably me 2 seconds after the door closed on my way out. I was told my car would be fixed as a warranty repair by their tech and left my car there only to be told later by another tech, who it seemed had the sole job of voiding warranty claims, that it wasnt and I needed to pick the car up (a day later). Oh, and they arent open on Sundays (strange for a car dealership, I actually bought the car on a Sunday at another dealership). They also quoted me a labor cost that was twice what another dealership quoted me for the same work. the strangest thing is as I was leaving the first time the mechanic got my warranty order and said, and I quote: "Do you need this done soon? I want to take this weekend off." I of course replied "yes" and he rolled his eyes and went in the back. A day later I was informed that they would not be doing the repair. Hope you enjoyed your vacation. Youre a horrible employee. Youre the guy it took 3 hours to reflash an ECU, a process I have personally seen done in less than 20 minutes. I also personally witnessed a mechanic test drive my car at a RIDICULOUSLY unsafe speed on a residential road right behind the dealership. Yes, its an Evo. You sell them. At no point do we need to see if it can do 45mph in second gear on a 25mph zoned residential street. So, on top of all this, the mechanics will commit crimes in your car for a fun work break. They will treat your property with the same respect as a car thief. At least I have the small comfort of knowing he didnt think I was watching! After all of this crap the service people said they really wanted to have someone talk to me about why they were screwing me in person but that person would only be available at a time where it was determined I would not be there. Of course. I teach at a high school and I see more professionalism in our detention halls then I have seen at this dealership. One exception: the guy who drove me to the metro was extremely nice and professional. Promote that guy. Oh, and thanks to them for leaving my 40k car unlocked outside the entire time they had it. Especially since the lot is located in the middle of the hood!

Just a brief note to let Kenny Powers and Mark know that I was impressed with my recent dealings at your service department, especially with John Courtemanche, Jason Collins and Maurice Peeler. Jason actually challenged me to change the accessory installation during the week as opposed to on Saturday. I hesitantly accepted because of the difficult logistics coming from Ashburn, VA to Ourisman in MD. Nevertheless, John, Jason and Maurice earned my confidence by handling the situation professionally. My wife and I sincerely appreciate the quality work that was done in the 2016 Outlander GT. I also enjoyed dealing with Rex Barnby, he is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with the paperwork. Lastly thanks to Joe Farah and Howard Embden for making this deal a reality. Kenny, although the Mitsubishi side of the dealership needs a face lift, you got an excellent team of high caliber people looking after your customers. Kudos and thank you so much! John and Nadia

Review for the service and parts not for the dealer. I came in for a recall service for my lancer. When I can in they told me the repair/check would not take any longer than an hour. I went to the waiting area and the heating was set to the highest temperature possible. Also the coffee in the waiting area was cold and probably a few days old. After and hour and a half of waiting I can to the service area and to my surprise they had not looked at my car. They told me that my car was next and it would be ready soon. After another hour I came back and still my car had not been looked at. Only after I decided to say in the service area and stand there did they finally took my car in. Overall, one of my worst experiences. Sadly it is one of the only Mitsubishi dealers in the area.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Howard Embden on Tuesday and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. After visiting several dealerships over the past few weeks I was jaded and simply didnt believe this dealership or salesman to be any different from the rest. Im glad to say I was wrong. Not only did Howard take the time to understand my needs and my budget he helped me to stay within those parameters and had no qualms in telling me when I was over budget and totally out of my price range. I appreciate the time and patience that he took with me and I fully intend to keep my promise and purchase my next truck from him too!!! Thank you to Howard & Sam for everything that you did. My family and I couldnt be happier. God Bless.

Went for a state inspection. Expected my car to pass without problems. Got a call an indicator light was out, followed by a demand that either I approve the fix or they fail the car and charge me for the inspection. I asked which one since I had given the vehicle a look over, checked all lights and what not in advance. After 5 minutes on the phone, I got no where with finding which light it was. I finally conceded and said yes. When I showed up to pick the car the bill had a $100 diagnostic fee and $20 light bulb part on top of the inspection. No mechanic could show me which bulb was replaced or why it took $100 dollars to find this mysterious light that was out. No explanation, just pay the $120 or you wont get your car back!

Today I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage from Ourisman Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights and all I can say is "Wow"! I was more than blown away with the exceptional customer service, knowledge and credit counseling provided to me by my Sales Consultant Howard Embden. I have been a long time Mitsubishi customer and this location always has an outstanding staff and service team on hand. The management team at this location is also awesome and readily available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to definitely visit this location and ask for Howard to assist you with your vehicle purchasing needs. Thank you for everything Ourisman Mitsubishi.
