Brought a car and i was appreciative that i was approved with more money then i offered so i took the car i was offered for a test drive a nice car after complaining about the brakes not being steady i was told they were new brakes, come to find out it had no brake fluid in the car.Two weeks later my AC had a shortage i called before the 30 day warranty was up they told me to bring it in. I brought it in and they told me they would pay for the issue so i got to there mechanic which was miles away (during a heat wave)the mechanic told me i had to pay the fee i called Amko and they told me to pay for it cause i was getting a big discount but hey they got me approved i should say. but Reggie was a great sales man. i went to the location in laurel

they only gave me 500 bucks for my car and the vehicle I purchased had transmission problems. The car started driving 10 mph if that in the middle of going to a destination. It was almost a month before I was put in another car. Miraculously this time the same car I used as a trade in they gave me 1000 bucks for just so they can make a sale for more money. I had 3 different people on my case in a month. They are all about there money. I even seen my car with the transmission problems back up for sale. I was told it would take 6-8 months to fix. What does that say. I would never recommend them to anyone. They will say whatever just so they can have your business. This was my first experience having a car with a note and it was aweful.

I recently Purchased a vehicle from AM-KOs District Heights Lot. I was greeted with excellent customer service. my number one choice in vehicle wasnt available and I became discourage. the owner pulled me to the side and explained that he would work with me in finding the right car for me. I had a minor mechanical issue with it but what car doesnt. The owner and sales man came out to my house picked up the car left me a loaner and had my car ready within 48hrs. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is a first time buyer, and likes a friendly customer service environment. they also help if you have bad credit good credit or none. Do not Buy from them .Amko sells cars they know have major issues .They will try to give you the car with the most issues .they only deal with Credit Acceptane to give financing .Thier interest rate is %24 . So if you buy a car for $10,000 you will end up paying $15,000 on a 2 year loan . Thats $5000 in interest half of the car loan .these pieces of crap are already marked up % 25 over market value .Then the lie and say you have to get an extended warranty or you cant get the car LIE. .More $ for them .and the company that you brought the warranty from is an umbrella company of Credit Acceptance. Dont buy here

I came to this establishment with my best friend, when I walked in she was filling out paperwork and I asked her what car she was looking at and IMMEDIATELY the car salesman with the dreads that looked like he was fresh out the pen verbally attacked me!!!! I guess he was under the impression I was going to stop a sell, however I asked MY friend one question. The other salesmen did not speak up or tell him to calm down and be respectful, they acted like they was scared of him. He was rude, disrespectful and and got EXTREMELY agressive with me!!! Please avoid this establishment at ALL cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I went to Amko Auto on Friday August 18, 2017 to purchase a vehicle. We were not expecting the staff to be so personable. We worked with John, and Nas who were the best!! They kept you laughing but also kept it professional and they worked with us and we drove off the lot in a car that we were not expecting to get. Thank you guys for working with us. I was skeptical about buying a car of this magnitude from a dealer other than a major car dealer, but i am extremely impressed with the service and the car that I purchased from AMKO Auto. From the salesperson, finance dept. and the title dept. everyone was pleasant. I would recommend them to friends. My Benz is a pleasant ride and get compliments every time I drive it. I purchased my car from Amko Auto in February. The staff got my financing done after being turned down by Easterns and Monster Auto credit a few weeks earlier. I was very discouraged but decided to give Amko a shot. This was the best move I ever made, the staff is great and invited me to eat lunch with them while they processed my loan and now it feels like they are family. I highly recommend Amko Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle especially if your having problems with credit.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion here. In a welcome difference from larger franchised auto dealers, everyone here is super friendly. I worked with Homer on the test drive and initial purchase, and then with Mike on the paperwork and loan. Every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. The car was used, but they detailed the interior and exterior for free, and filled the tank before I drove off the lot. Thanks Homer and Mike. Ill definitely refer some folks to you guys in the future.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESES PEOPLE. They have very poor customer service skills, I purchased my car from them 6 months ago and only had the car for about 3 of those months, that is after I total all the problems that the car has given meand taking the car in. The car looks nice on the outside but the are def lemons. Take your time, test drive the car and take it to your own machanic, NOT AMKO, CURRENTLY FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THE.

I almost bought a car from this compnay and glad to say I did not. From what I could see these people try to put you in what they want you to buy and try to give you a hard time when closing out the deal. I almost put insurance on a car that would not even start when I attempted to test drive. Now when stepping into dealers that sat "WE FINANCE ANYONE" I learn to be careful of how they try to scam me while in the hot seat.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Amko Autos in District Heights, MD. The staff there were so amazing. Manny and Nas were more than professional and personal. I left with the car I wanted with low payments. Best car buying experience in my life. Couldnt ask for anything better. Thanks so much guys ( Manny and Nas ).
