La verdad la más mala experiencia en la compra de un carro , ala ora de la venta (de cerrar el negocio) fueron muy amables un servicio espectacular , el problema vino despues el motor de mi camioneta se fundió y supuestamente tenía garantía , cuando los llame para ver si la podían revisar la señorita que atendió mi llamada me dijo que me regresaba la llamada en 5 minutos (nunca me regreso la llamada), volví a llamar y me ponían en espera por más de 20 minutos (nunca volvían a agarrar la llamada) , bueno esto estuvo así por más de un mes , asta que decidí ir al dealer y ver esto de frente así no me pondrían de espera o me colgarán la llamada Bueno cuando fui al dealer después de hablar con una Mujer que trabaja ayi y explicarle lo susedido me dise que no puede aser nada por mi porque mi garantía había expedido una semana antes(cuando yo estuve llamando más de un mes antes ), creo que eso de las garantías es una estafa solo para venderte una porqueria y tu creas que esta respaldo con una supuesta garantía , yo sinceramente me decepcione de tu dealer amigo , y no creo volver aser ningún negocio con ellos , lo siento Diego pero espero entiendan mi frustración , ahora tengo que juntar dinero para un motor nuevo y seguir asiendo mis pagos ala financiera para que no reposesen este junk y me dañen mi crédito

Mi experiencia en este dealer fue no muy satisfactoria. Yo llame a otra localidad porq vi el carro q me gustó, me hicieron la cita en este lugar para ver el carro pero me tuvieron esperando casi tres horas porq no lo habían traído. Luego me asignaron a Brenda Salas como mi vendedora y no me gustó el trato tan frío y simple. Me parece una persona muy desatendida de sus clientes. La verdad no me dio muchas opciones para mi financiación y pagos. Al final me agarre el carro porq era el q me gustaba y quería y estoy contento, pero pienso que deben mejorar el servicio al cliente!

Dont waste your time. I called to inquire about a 01 mustang gt that had over 100K miles they wanted 6000$ for. I asked how much I would have to put down inorder to finance and they told me to fill out the online credit application. So I did and got a text back from them saying it was almost impossible to finance me because I have a loan from another company that isnt even current. I told them I would put 2500$ down on a 6000$ car and they still said it was nothing they could do unless I get a cosigner.who would want to cosign for a 6000$ 2001 car with a kbbv of only 3200. That makes no sense. What dealership passes up a 2500$ down payment on a 6000$ used car with over 100,000 miles. They dont stand by their slogan we say yes when everyone else says no. My girlfriend even wrote a review about the experience and was told they base your approval on your down-payment not credit. So if thats true why did I need a credit check . They said I had no down payment so theres nothing they could do but I told them 4 times I had a 2500$ down payment. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I had brought a car from there on 01/02/2014 the Very Next Day the transmission went out while I was in the McDonalds line ordering something to eat. Then the car wont move, so I had to pay to has someone tow it. So da next morning I called them to let them know what had happened and a guy name David said " see if one of your friends could get tow to there shop" after arguing with the guy of getting my car tow and fixs. He finally sent someone to pick the lemon car up after hours of waiting and missing work. I had to wait a whole twos days without a car after purchasing the vehicle and losing out on money and a car I just paid for. They tried to fix a situation that wasnt wrong by putting me in another lemon car with the same issue. They have POOR customer service and bad car with transmission issues, I wont ever recommend anyone to go there.

Wow, What a great dealer, i bought a 2004 Honda Civic Blue, i am in love with it! Mr Car help me put Lambo Doors with an amazing Kikers Sound System, with a prize of $1300 everything included! I was very very pleased, and they also gave me a 1 year of maintenance, oil changes, car wash, tire rotation and so much more. This is worse junk dealer to buy a car i will not recomend this junk dealer one week after we buy a car here star my nightmare the car has bean on the mecanic many times and they cant fix the problem they say that is normal and now other problem we have circuit on the system try to talk to diego and mr. Car he dont answer my text the phone calls i have to give one star because i have no less them that.

I truly had a terrible experience the vehicle we were sold had bad breaks that they assured me they check, the break line was broken causing me almost crash and after they fixed the problem the breaks went out again and while they were helpful the car itself was not a safe vehicle to drive my family in.

I bought a 2004 Nissan Altima 2.5 s . They initially sold it to me as a 2005 Nissan Altima. The car ran perfect while on test run and 2 days after I purchased the vehicle it broke down from a faulty converter. They did a weld job and 1 month later the head gasket blew, NEVER EVER BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE

very bad dealer they talk to you very nice with you before you buy the car after that they are really bad people also when we buy the car a 2 week later the car start getting a lot of problem and they dont accept that they sale cars with a lot of problem and they dont tell you they are big liars
