I recently bought a used car from Jeff Barnes Chevrolet. We bought it on a Friday evening. The car needed a few things that we discussed with the salesperson during the transaction and we decided to take the car that night and bring it back on the following Friday for service (as we would be out of town through Thursday). Unbeknownst to the dealer or myself, some issues cropped up on the vehicle during the week. When I dropped the car off on the following Friday, I was really concerned that it would not be addressed and even if it were, I would be without transportation. That turned out not to be the case. The dealership took my car in for service and provided a loaner car without me even asking. When they called to let me know the car was ready, I asked about another issue that was discussed, but not on the paperwork and they took care of that too, without issue. In addition I was not charged for any of the service provided. The bottom line is that they over delivered! Had I purchased this car from a private party, or some other party, I am sure that I would have come away with many regrets. Instead, I have a great car that will provide many years of service. In a world where the customer always has to fight for fair service, Jeff Barnes exceeded it and ended up with a customer for life. Thank you!

Several weeks ago Matt was kind enough to loan my wife a truck to pull her horse trailer back to WV when her Ford broke down while in MD visiting a friend. I drive Chevy trucks and at that time I decided when it was time for my next truck it would come from Jeff Barnes Chevrolet. Just so happened that a week later my truck with 225000 miles on it started acting up and I thought it was done. So I called Matt, worked out a deal and bought a truck over the phone. My old truck was not as bad off as I thought. Was just an injector pug not making contact. Now I have two great trucks to drive. One for the farm and one to show off...Thanks Matt.

When we were ready to purchase the vehicle, they were ready to assist. Extremely patient and professional. Well done. We received exceptional service before and after the sale. They set the bar for car dealerships. Subsequent visits with questions after the sale have been like stopping by to visit a friend. This is the way car buying should be.

TOP NOTCH customer service! My husband and I worked with Tanner Bair and his customer relations and knowledge of all of the Chevrolet products was extremely impressive and very reassuring. I am extremely glad that we on a whim decided to go to this dealership . Everyone, from the general manager to the finance department were awesome and very down to Earth. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service and great pricing!!!!

My truck was in for an oil change/tire rotation and to check a problem with it rolling. We did not come to a solution with the rolling but I left with some things to watch for. Luckily, I looked at the inspection sheet from my oil change because I need rear breaks and no one said anything about that to me. I enjoy doing business with Jeff Barnes and the service team is always friendly and helpful.

Service Center was horrible it took 3 months to completely resolve the issues. My truck went there without any damages besides a water leak when it left there were scratches everywhere inside and out including in my paint and still a water leak. Finally it was sent to the collision center where it was fixed properly and promptly the collision center is 5 stars.

Not recommended if you are trying get an oil change before going to work. Absolutely wont take you until scheduled work is done and that is an hour and half later. Then oil change take hour and half.
