I just purchased a used Town and Country last night at Sellers Renew and I couldnt be happier with the whole experience! Ive been looking to upgrade from my 10 year old minivan for a couple of months now. I originally wanted to purchase a new vehicle but couldnt afford it this time around. I called Jon Bauer on Wednesday night after seeing an online posting of a used vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful he was! He took his time and listened to what I was saying and assured me that he could trade in my old van and help me find something I would love in my price range. I went in around noon on Thursday to start test driving a few things and left with my new van, so incredible! I love that I got the remaining manufacturers warranty on it too, the warranty was one of the main reasons I wanted to buy new. Plus Jon and his guys printed out the carfax for each and every vehicle I looked at without any hesitation, I had never seen one before but they are so helpful in answering questions about the history and condition of the cars. In the end I could not have asked for lower miles or a cleaner car and Jon worked with me on the numbers and I feel like I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted! Thank you again Jon, I woke this morning to my beautiful "new" minivan and we all just love it!

I highly recommend Sellers Bowman Auto Center and Bowman Chevrolet to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. The customer service is impeccable! I stopped by Bowmans when I was just shopping around for a used car, I described my criteria, and the salesman at Bowmans called Sellers Bowman to ask if they had anything that fit my criteria and they did. When I arrived at Sellers Bowman, salesman John Lusk had several cars for me to look at that were exactly what I was looking for. He was very genuine, understanding, and gave me full power for what I wanted to do, he did not pressure me into anything, which I experienced at other dealerships. I ended up buying the first car I test drove and am very happy with it; it is the perfect car that I paid a great price for. Within the first couple weeks, there were some minor issues that came up, typical of any used car, and I took my car once into Bowman and once into Sellers Bowman and they took care of those two minor issues free of charge because of how new my purchase was. The salesman was very nice and patient but the credit/finance guy was the biggest jerk ever. I dont know if its because Im a female and am the age of his kids but Im an educated woman in the financial sector and did not appreciate his arrogance or lack of professionalism. He wouldnt even tell me the loan amount except that it was higher than the sticker price of the vehicle with a trade and money down. According to my calculations last I knew Michigan sales tax wasnt over 15%. They were only going to give me a third of what 2 other dealerships where going to give me for my trade and he was just a plain jerk. Said hes been doing that job for 30 years. Well I think its time he retired. No one will treat me like that and try to strong arm me into a purchase and expect to get my business. I walked out of there and went down to Szott Ford to see Dan Kittle, he was an amazing salesman and worked with me and my budget and even offered other options besides just one. I will never go back to Sellers-Bowman.

I recently had a large ticket item fixed on my Jeep Liberty at another dealership. After all was said and done, my issue was still present, and actually worse. I brought it to Sellers Bowman Auto Center to have it looked at. After they looked at it, and saw that my front CV Boot was torn and completely dry, AND the previous dealership forgot to put the bottom caliper bolt back in after my break job, I was reluctant to bring it back to the original dealership to give them a second chance. After Sellers-Bowman Auto Center quoted me a price to fix everything and do a whole new axle shaft, the cost was WAY below what I anticipated, and the problems are solved! Best customer service I have had in a long time. THANK YOU Sellers-Bowman Auto Center! You have DEFINITELY earned my business!! Special thanks to Scott Sharer and Pete Pierce for making this such a wonderful experience. EVERYONE needs to go here for service!

Not sure how i felt about bomans. Pros was Joe my salesman was extremely nice and helpfull. Cons: i showed up and joe was not avalible.i was told my trade in is 1900 then overherd the appraiser over the phone say the cars a peice of crap give give him nothing and get him out of here. The lady helping me said they cant do that because they had already made a deal. We ended up settling on 1500 for my car and a higher payment.i then asked for carfax was told there is none due to how new it was i looked it up and the carfax was for a jeep not a dodge dart.i also turned on my heat and a bunch of glass shot out of the vents at my face

I had a great, albeit long experience with Sellers Bowman! They were in a tough spot, looking for a very specific deal and car for me. For 3 months they were looking and we were finally able to put me in the car I wanted. During this process they were always very pleasant and helpful. I was persistent and would call every couple weeks just to "see where things were". Never once did I feel rushed or brushed off. Brian Burke, Will Bliesath and Randy Frick all made my experience very pleasant and I LOVE my car! They all bent over backwards to make sure this deal happened and Im appreciative. I would definitely recommend them.

Had to have my car painted two years ago here, and I will never ever go to bowman anything if this is how theyre work looks. It scratches super easy, and the paint is actually chipping in spots. Not a chip from a rock, the paint is chipping off on the sides in spots. My friend has a car just like mine a few years older and it looks ten times better than mine. A few months after the job was done I emailed the woman who worked on the car, and she was completely unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went and test drove a used vehicle. Received 3 phone calls over the next week checking to see if I was interested, so I figured they wanted to sell the car. When I return their calls to work on a deal, I was pushed through all sorts of hoops. I was promised a return phone call but I never received one. When I decided to call them I was put on hold again numerous times only to be given attitude and then hung up on. The worst customer service I have ever received and I would never recommend.
