Worst customer service ever! Paul ( and out of respect for the individual I wont disclose his last name) at the wholesale lot has absolutely no tact when dealing with customers... He lacks the ability to listen and has the I dont know what to tell ya attitude about EVERYTHING! ... Yes Im a woman but this woman right here is a make it happen kinda woman and I dont take to kindly to disrespect and/or blow offs... Heres my guarantee to u RPM my situation will be dealt with perfessionally or I will be dealing with this legally.... My payments are being made now keep up to ur end of the warranty and contract by providing ur customers with the customer service that they deserve ~ respectfully to the owner of RPM... please stop allowing this type of customer service in ur place of business they are only destroying ur companys name and reputation!

They take advantage of people who need cars and have bad credit. Put them in junk cars and charge a ton of money. They give you 30 days to find everything wrong with the car and bring it in to have them work on it for free, but only some things are covered in the guarantee and if the guys they have working on it dont find the problem then your stuck with it in the end. Then they stick you with a high interest rate. They keep a key so they can take it if you miss one payment. Yeah, and they know nothing about the cars they get in.

Was not impressed with the cars on the lot some had duct tape holding molding on or the glove box closed I test drove one car I liked it until I drove it I had to take it over to the on site mechanics before I could take it for a drive so they could fix something I dont even remember what. The sales people didnt come out to offer help at all we had to go in and see them.

Bought a 05 Chrysler 300 on a Friday amd was stuck at Wal-Mart in that POS by Saturday Morning. Took ot back so they can fix it and there fix lasted about two weeks not Im stuck with a car that I cant even really drive cause it has so many fkn electrical problems. I fkn hate that place and with i could get them to go out of business.

Single mom with special needs soon traded In. Her impala for a jeep. Had questions about 4wheel drive...they said they fixed it and it was fine. First snows 4x4 goes out ..they wont fix it without more money...this place is trash and scanners ebook dont care at all about customers.
