My first mistake - buying a Ford from a Chevy Dealer. Purchased a Ford truck that had a noted exhaust leak on the lot. Purchased the warranty service because I was told that would cover the exhaust leak. When I scheduled to get the repair done I was told that the vehicle had aftermarket headers and that wasnt covered. After a lot of back and forth and threats to bring the truck and a lawyer back to the lot they worked out a deal to get these repairs done. Followed that up by 4 or 5 trips up to get all the power windows working properly ( about 20 hours in their waiting room ). Vehicle came back dirty EVERY time and manager basically said what do you expect from an 8.00 an hour porter. I got an email stating it was time for a service checkup on the vehicle. I emailed the Service Manager ( twice ) to set up a schedule with a list of my current issues with the vehicle. No reponse. Called twice, no response. Called the front desk and had them send me to the service area and I told the tech who answered about the email I got and in a nut shell he stated they dont do anything but maybe rotate the tires and they can do an oil change for a charge. Took truck up to local oil change place and had oil changed, they asked if I wanted the fuel filter and other things checked ( was told this truck underwent some multi-point inspection before being put on the lot by dealership ) The oil change place promptly showed me that the undercoat ( that was applied prior to the truck being on the lot ) was covering the oil and fuel filters, and that the front and rear differential fluids were looking very bad ( milky ) On top of that I was 1 1/2 quarts low on oil ( vehicle doesnt leak, doesnt burn oil, and I had less than 2000 miles on it since I left the dealership ) I have had the vehicle for 6 months and the now obvious cover-up work they did to hide the rust on the cab has rusted complete through and I am having to put almost $2000.00 into having the cab corners cut out and replaced and vehicle re-painted. I will never do business with or recommend this dealership or their dealership family to anyone. The sales person I worked with was great, very personable, but didnt know jack about what he was selling ( Ford ) once it got into the sales managers hands it all went downhill fast. Update: 4.5 more hours in the waiting room on to be told they couldnt even get the part numbers they needed to get parts to fix a leak and squeak on my truck. 4 days later I have to call them to get ANY information and they have not even gotten pricing or contacted the warranty company for anything. Finally get details, awesome - I have $1000.00+ more of work not covered by my warranty because in 8 months all of my stainless power steering lines have rusted out on the vehicle.- Apparently they may have noted this in their inspection, but the sales guys still decide weather or not to put it out on the lot. You can guarantee this information was not passed on to me the buyer. I have less than 4000 miles on this vehicle since I purchased it, and after this will have almost 3500.00 in repairs out of my pocket and another 3000.00 in warranty work, I went to a dealership because I expected them to sell something nicer than I would get buying it from Joe Schmoe from craigslist... boy was I wrong. Avoid this dealership like its the plague!!

LIES! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOOK OVER 7 HOURS TO FINALIZE ANYTHING! You know how when you go to a car dealership you avoid the salespeople because they are up your butt the whole time and it turns into a high pressure situation. Well that doesnt happen here. Because you are IGNORED the whole time you are there. When I first arrived they were a little more helpful but then things just got weird. We were all ready to make a deal on a car using my car as a trade in and we sat for an extremely long time waiting for any service. They talked me into trading my car because they said the carfax read so poorly because of my accident that it should have been totaled. They told me that they would not be able to sell it on the lot because of the damage. They also said that they wouldnt be able to give me the trade in value they oringally promised which was $10,800. They could only do $5,400 but since my car was so "unsafe" I agreed. They SCARED ME INTO BUYING A CAR. After I made the deal and traded in my car I noticed that they are now selling it online. So I guess the damage wasnt as bad as they said. By the time they got around to finishing the deal the bank was closed and so we had to wait for the following day. They promised they would put in the paperwork and they would be calling me between 9:30-10:00am. We had already been there for 4 1/2 hours that day. The next day they didnt call back, my husband and I called them four times and left several messages. We had someone watching our son so we had limited time. It wasnt until 3:00pm that we decided to head out anyway. On the way there I got a Credit Score alert that told me I had a critical hit to my credit. They had run my credit through 3 different banks when they assured me that they were going with 1 credit union that they knew would be the best. My score dropped 70pts! That will take over 8 months to fix! Once we had decided on what car we wanted they took nearly 2 hours getting things ready. (We already had the financing done so I dont know what the heck the deal was) Our poor sales guy was running around like crazy with no one to help him. I DO NOT blame him for anything. He seemed to be doing as much as he could it was everyone else. We made the deal after being so angry we were practically shaking and later realized they changed the price on the paper work from the $5,400 to $3,500 for my car and they are unwilling to do anything about it. We paid the car off two days later and went with another bank and when we informed them that we were doing that THEN we got some attention. The only positives to this place is the selection of vehicles. I am happy with my new vehicle but I didnt leave without a warranty. I am so glad to be done with them. I will NEVER go back there again. It was ridiculous! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I would have gone somewhere else but I didnt want my credit ruined anymore and they did have the car I wanted. What a headache. Save yourself some trouble go elsewhere. I am contacting the BBB next!

I was looking at many different trucks on the internet trying to find the options I wanted. I sent inquires to many dealerships (not just Feldman) and the Feldman Group of dealers where the only dealers to get back to me promptly. With that said, Jonathan Burnicle was my sales rep at Jay Chevrolet (Feldman of Highland) and was fantastic. I was a tough customer. The truck (Black, standard bed, crew cab, with specific options) was hard to find due to the low year end inventories. He worked tirelessly, for at-least a week, to find a truck. I never felt pressured. There is a stigma that dealers are just there to push a sale and get you out. I did not feel this way at all. My truck was finally found in Grayling MI. Jonathan did not hesitate, he did a quick dealer trade and had the truck in the matter of a day. I signed the papers before the truck was on the lot. They wanted to keep it over night so they could look it over and clean it up, fill it with gas, etc. Because I traded two vehicles in for a very fair price, I had nothing to drive. Was this an issue you ask? Not at all, Jonathan sends me to Samantha Jablonski who was not on only extremely pleasant to talk to, but hooked me up with a loaner car in 10 min. When I test drove the truck I noticed there was an option missing that I really wanted.(we were all shock this option was not standard) Bummer right!! No because Jay Chevrolet is incredible!! The option was not on the list that Jonathan sent, and I missed it, so I had no issue about paying to have it installed (They worked with me on this also), and I bought the truck for a great price. It was extremely tricky to add due to the computer, and it was not a conventional add-on. Jonathan now sends me to Pete Jezdimir in service, and he worked for two days to figure out how to add this option. (I know it was complicated because I searched the internet) Just as I thought it was impossible Bob Breit (Service Tech) walks up and says he found a solution. As he is explaining the solution, Im thinking the customer service here never stops, Bob has been researching and making calls since this began two days ago. In addition, there were some light scratches when the truck arrived (remember this came from another dealer and did I mention I was a tough customer) and the body shop erased them like they were never there. In the mean time, Tony Tori (General Manager) stopped many times to make sure I was doing ok and, since I would be pulling an RV with this truck, we spent some time chatting about the great state of Michigan. Mind you, this service was done after I signed the papers, so this was all done purely to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I am absolutely 100% satisfied, and BTW the truck pulled my 30ft RV better then my 2004 2500HD Diesel. Thank you to all the Jay Chevrolet staff, and a special thanks to Jonathan for making my 2015 1500 Z71 Custom Sport buying experience a great one!!! I look forward to my next purchase, Chuck
