I had the same issue with not being greeted this last time. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Ive worked retail, & unfortunately, no amount of defending the time of day is an excuse to not be a proper retail employee. Its called customer service, and if you cant handle exactly that- find a job where you dont have to deal with customers. Ive also noticed the last few time weve been in, the fish tanks are NASTY. There are way too many dead fish in these filthy tanks. Its a sad, sad day when Id rather go to crapmart (aka walmart) to buy FISH!!! But thats exactly what I did.

To the complaint before, the workers at PetSuppliesPlus are very friendly.. Actualy, I work there, and If you go anywhere that is closing, they are ready to go b/c theyve worked all day. Im sorry if you were looking for something- I wish you hadve let us know. We are really very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. The prices are great, the store is clean, and you can bring your animals in =) You should visit PSP and trust me, youll love it. We will smile, greet you and you pets, and help you find what you need.

We went into the store and no one greeted us. We walked around til we found the aisle we needed with no help even though we walked past 3 employees numerous times and they seemed too busy talkin to each other than helping us. The only time they did offer help was when they were about to close and all they asked was if we needed help lookin for something because they were closed and were very rude.

Moved here in Sept 13 and this is the only place that could get the food I feed. I am in the store every two weeks to buy food. They were nice enough to stock the food I feed because they had to order it the first two times I visited. I am greeted by the person at the register every time I come in. Great place and competitive prices. Great place to go to get good, quality dog food.

Me and my family went in here after eating at chilis and the smell reaked like animal feces. The leopard geckos were weak, skinny and obviously malnourished. There was a fish stuck in one of the filters, dirty tanks, and the net laying inside of the fish tanks. Live crickets were even spilled all in the floor. They should be shut down in my opinion.

Not a bad place. Prices are pretty decent. Their snake prices are definitely much lower than any other pet shop in the area and they sometimes carry various species that the other shops dont. It sure is nice not having to drive all the way to Turkey Creek for pet food anymore.

We dropped off our German Shepherd to be groomed and was very disappointed when we picked him up. His ears were the same....very dirty and his tail had not been groomed. His nails had been clipped and they were kind when we picked him up. I wish they had cleaned him better.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!We shopped for an hour and and bought multiple exotic fish. At the end I need to pee really bad and Alexia, told me it was private and I could not. I am a member and I will never go back !!!

I do not think they take very good care of their fish. The tanks seem dirty and I saw a few dead fish in the filters. Hopefully someone will fix this problem and take better care of the animals.
