My husbands Tiffany money clip broke after about 2 years of light use. Although their policy only covers the first year for repairs, the manager and customer service rep went out of there way to make the situation right for us. We were treated like valued customers and truly appreciate the great service Tiffany & Co. always provides. Thank you.

Waited 15 minutes for an associate to help me look at a piece of jewelry and finally left when nobody did. Maybe because its Tiffanys, they feel customer service isnt part of their job and we should be glad to spend our hard earner money there. What a joke!!!
