But beyond the quality of the jewelry they sell, the most important reason that I do business there is the staff and the service I received. They are very friendly comma and very knowledgeable. Brandi has especially gone out of her way for me on a number of occasions. Typically when you buy jewelry its for a very special occasion. Through Brandy knowledge and patience I have always been completely satisfied. I would highly recommend that you stop into their store, and see all the products that they have to offer. We went to Kingston Fine Jewelers to get our wedding rings. Matt was so patient with us because we were not sure what kind of rings we wanted. It took us several trips to decide and each time he answered all of our questions and helped us to pick the perfect rings for us. We picked up our rings and they are everything we hoped for! I bought my fiances engagement ring here, and they were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. it was on pretty short notice, and they managed to have the ring sized and ready in time for my proposal. we went back for our wedding bands, and again, very helpful and patient with us. we were very pleased with their service and quality and it felt great to shop local instead of buying from a mall jewelry store. great people, great service, great quality.

Stopped there today to sell a few pieces of jewelry prior to my vacation. Hoping to get a bit of extra spending money but was advised to sell it on e-bay instead. Oddly enough, Gale or Brandy never turned me away when I stopped in to sell a piece or two. I guess they no longer buy vintage jewelry now that the Knulls are gone, too bad.
