My now husband and I had the pleasure of buying not just my engagement ring, but our wedding bands too from Biele Jewelers. Mrs. Biele is a wonderful lady who treated us like family and John Liga did an amazing job at helping my husband find an affordable, yet gorgeous engagement ring, and later helped us both pick out our wedding bands. The selection was pretty impressive and affordable (were from NY). The turnaround time was also very quick and the presentation in which our wedding bands were furnished was just beautiful. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely be going back when in the area of Forked River. We highly recommend them. My husband also bought me from there a beautiful little sterling silver necklace especially engraved on the back with a wolf in the front, for our 1 year anniversary of dating present. Very pleased.

Biele jewelers is the worst jewelers Ive ever been to. I had to get my engagement ring sized and there was an engraving inside the band and they didnt redo the engraving and they did a terrible job on it and I had to get it redone 5 times and its still crooked. Also my mom got her 30 year old engagement ring fixed and they made the prongs way to big it was ugly and the owners reaction was "what do you expect when you bring in a dirty ring" and my mom was pissed. She had them fix it to make the setting shorter and the prongs were so crooked the diamond was about to fall out. and they refuse to give refunds when they ruin the jewelry. I will never recommend this jewelers to anyone they are terrible.

Since my parents moved to Ocean County in 2004 we have used Kathy for the majority of our jewelry purchases. She has very fair prices and always does a beautiful job with repairs. She is very accommodating with any changes weve wished to make. In the last few months my family has purchased diamond cross earrings that she kindly changed the posts on, necklaces, and a gorgeous 2+ carat ring that was an estate piece. One of the full size stones fell out and she replaced it with no issue. Ive never had a bad experience. Shes custom molded a diamond setting for another family friend, I would happily recommend her. She also has a few lines of trendy silver/gold jewelry such as LeStage pieces that are so fun.

Biele does a great job of not keeping business. I bought a $300+ ring and once we had to get the stone tightened. Tried to get it tightened a second time and they would not fix it. The stone fell out because it was so loose. When I went back to the store, the idiot owner decided to tell me it was our fault the stone came out. Even though it was a false claim, I could not listen to her stutter and back pedal even more about their terrible merchandise. Then we got a price for the stone and she would not accommodate us with even a 10% discount for being loyal customer. BUY ELSEWHERE!

Moved to Ocean County from New York a few years ago and have made Biele Jewelers my "go to" store for gifts, repairs, and of course, Pandora! My step daughter was visiting recently from California and I wanted to treat her to a new charm for her Pandora bracelet. She was overwhelmed by their vast selection and couldnt make up her mind...so I bought her 3 charms. Professional jewelers, great selection, on-site jewelry repair made my old pieces look sparkling new!

Future son in law purchased an engagement ring at the Jewelry Exchange in Woodbridge, N.J. What a den of thieves. They switched the diamond for a poor quality one while resetting the stone. Had to struggle but finally was given a stone of equal value (not the original one). A friend told us about Cathy at Biele Jewelers and we went to see her . She was honest , set the new stone and we were very happy. Lesson learned. Next time we will go to Biele.

owner is a fedora-wearing con-man, all about the money instead of making customers happy. low quality used items that he polishes to make look new. he buys most of his items from estate sales and flips them for a ridiculous price. i went in there to browse for my wife after she have already been in there, and he told me a different price then he told her who have already been in there. big time hustler. low low quality. take your money elsewhere

I believe in supporting your local businesses but after my experience and hearing of several other peoples I cannot recommend this jewelry store especially if you need anything repaired. They do not care about the quality of thier work or the satisfaction of the customers.

Poor quality and yet still not fairly priced. Nice outside of store does not make up for lacklustre product and service. We bought a gift for my mom and it broke before she got it out of the box and they did not fix. DeNatale Jewelers is much better
