A little over a year ago my fiancé and I went there . Owner showed us a beautiful ring that he said he was going to give to us for a steal . We paid for it , got a shotty written out receipt , then came back after a week or so ( that was originally supposed to only be " three days max " ) for the sizing to be finished .. Anyway , when we came back he showed us a COMPLETELY different ring that we purchased .. He acted all happy as hell OBVIOUSLY hoping I wouldnt notice it . Basically called us liars , refused to give a refund even after showing him the picture I took of the original ring on my finger .. Showed me one that was similar ( that was silver and white sapphire . The one I originally bought was gold and diamond ! ).. Still wasnt the one in the picture . He ended up saying keep the ring he scammed me for or walk out with nothing . Ill never forget that . Lol oh and he said " to be nice , Ill let you come and get it all cleaned up whenever ! " . I ended up taking him up on that offer since he ripped me off ( it was the least he could do !! ) after about a month .. Refused me . Showed him the original " receipt " , he claimed it wasnt from him and that was that . Lol I hope someone takes caution going here .

I love Atlantic City Jewelry they are the best around! Anything you could possibly want they have! Hundreds of selections to choose from. I have been to both the Bayville and Tuckerton location and every time I have been treated amazing. I always feel welcome and they are always so helpful, I leave with so much knowledge! The owner Chris is the best in the business, hes always willing to help you find exactly what youre looking for in the price range you have you cant ask for anyone better. Always a fun and knowledgable experience going into Atlantic City Jewelry. The owner Chris is nothing but thorough and honest with everything which made me that more comfortable to leave my grandmothers watch with him that she left me before she passed away. He fixed it right then and there on the spot! Not many jewelers will stop what theyre doing to take the time and fix a sentimental piece of jewelry/watch right then and there for you they usually make you come back another day, but not Chris, he treats every piece handed to him like its his own, like how a jeweler should. Definitely going back when its engagement ring time!!!

So I was going to visit this store for the first time a few weeks ago, I open the door just in time to hear a guy (I would guess the owner) screaming at an old lady. He was calling her a crook and ordering her out of the store. She looked terrified and was crying on her way out. Not sure what happened but I will never go here again. That lady could have been my grandma.

The owners are such amazing people!! Literally help you in any and every way possible and Kaylee in tuckerton is an amazing worker she does everything to a T and shes very friendly. I always enjoy my trips to the store when I gotta get something for the fiancée. All I can say is top notch guys !!!! You are literally the best jewelery store ever!!!

Great experience over all! Finally a jeweler that I can trust! My cousin referred me to go to Atlantic City Jewelry and Im glad he did. I got my girlfriend the perfect gift for Christmas and they were able to work with my budget. do not use this jeweler. I brought in a chain to get fixed when I went to pick it up it was not the same chain that I brought in. when I brought it up to the owner he got nasty and vulgar and refused to give me my original back this jewelers is not to be trusted go somewhere else at least youll have piece of mind
