For my first time I had a terrible experience. After picking up my bichon from the grooming salon I see my dog had 2 big brown spots on his back and I immediately asked what had happened and the girl who gave him back to me said he already had those under the coat they cut, I know my dog and Ive taken him to a lot of places to get groomed and I have never seen these spots on him, then I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I took him to his vet the next day and his vet reassured me that those spots were due to either chemicals or unsterilized clippers that burned his coat. I called the grooming salon and spoke to the salon manager Lori and after I explained my frustration she laughed and said ok in a very sarcastic voice then I requested to speak to her manager and Lori put me on hold for a very long time. Therefore I decided to go to the store and they still did not owned up to what they did and felt they just wanted me gone by offering me a refund. Lori did not demonstrate any empathy nor handled this professionally. I called 2 days later to speak to the Store Manger but for some reason I keep missing him. If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately I had to give at least 1. I will not be back.

Very friendly staff. They always help me find what I need. They also welcome pets, so Ill take my dog in with me. Very helpful if you want to get a collar that fits correctly or need any recommendations from the staff.

I like their natural dog toy selection, but the staff at the checkout doesnt know anything about the store or products and theyre never even at the cash register. Im always waiting as if no one works there.

Love Petco, I always find everything I need for every new pet my kids can think of. Recently a pair of hermit crabs, turtle, bunny, and the usual 4 chihuahuas. Lol
