I went there, and a lady named teri Hart i believe, was very very rude to me. She stated, "Well I was going to clock out until you came, what you want?" I then looked at her nametag and it said "Manager" seriously!?!? A manager speaking to their customers like this? Wow, I felt unwanted when that hapen and was embarrassed. She later served the people behind me with no problem. I understand her 8 hour job is very difficult, but there are people somewhere working 13 to 14 hour shifts a day for 6 days straight. I myself work in the military and never have a day off while deployed. I understand she was upset, but still. She is a manager, time to act like one. Many others had problems with her as well.

I normally shop at Meijer or Marsh, but I must say I LOVE shopping at payless. I have a pretty large family, (8) and payless has the most variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There is always some sale going on and I love the book sale as we are avid readers. They have a great variety of wine and beer and a great organic section. I especially love the fresh sushi and deli and bakery area as well. The cashiers, pharmacy dept. and managers are always so polite and its nice to go to a store with hospitality. Keep up the good work payless. Very impressed.

We go there all the time. Customer service is wonderful! Linda at the meat counter is wonderful!! Asked what she suggested with the teriyaki chicken lunchmeat??. She gave me three different kinds of cheeses to try with it! I do not know anywhere else that would do that for you! Everyone there is helpful. One other thing, I always feel safe. Even shopping alone. There is usually security at the door. Just makes you feel better that someone is watching out for you!

We ordered a cake for a baby shower a few days in advance. When we went to pick it up the night before, the name was spelled wrong. The manager said someone would be in first thing in the morning, and they will fix it. When it was picked up this morning, the person who "fixed" it, had scraped the O from the name and tried to squeeze in an L in the same space with a now smaller O. The name was spelled correctly on the paper that the staff had when making the cake.

I just had a wedding for reception for 500 people, as well as parties the night before and the day after. We needed paper products, produce, meat, soda, etc... We priced out everything at Marsh and Payless/Kroger. Payless prices for our needs were considerably lower across the board! Quality was excellent as was the help we received in loading! I was very satisfied with our Payless experience.

Payless Super Market is very clean on the inside and on the outside. The staff members are very kind, courteous and helpful. They always have everything that you need in stock. I highly recommend shopping at this Payless Super Market.
