Ok, first off i love my machine. wanted one since I was a kid. Got the opportunity to purchase a chieftain the end of last year. Total dream come true. They gave us 80 points toward a purchase of goodies that I wanted to wait on to see what was important to me besides a shirt. Figured it would help with stage 1 cost or something along those lines. Long story short, I live 3 hours from the nearest Indian dealer. Go to ft Collins and they say points are only good where you purchased. Next trip to Sturgis is of course a few days ago wanting to do pipes and air. I figured since it hasnt been a year since i bought my bike, shouldnt be a problem. Walk into the parts side and were asked when we got it, told "Nope, your points are expired as of Feb 1". Uh, ok. Went to the front computer operator to make sure and she gets the supervisor. We get the "its on the policies on our website, is there anything else i can help with?" I ask why we werent told this at time of purchase and she said they could have shipped items to me. I cant tell you the embarrassment that my wife and I felt in the store. For buying a brand new motorcycle from them, and then treated like we were trying to steal from them or something, I will not step another foot in their establishment. I hope others get better service from someone I thought to be more reputable. Ft. Collins Indian dealership is now my store for anything I need. Ryan continues to give us personal, knowledgeable advise, and wants us to be return customers. It isnt just the $80, it is the total disregard for us as customers. I guess we already bought it, so now we dont seem matter as customers in Sturgis. Very disappointing. But, good news for Ft. Collins Motorsports. Be safe out there. Sorry, but other than the Service Manager who really helped out when the Indian Company denied an obvious defect, I have few compliments for the present Indian company and Sturgis general management. The bike is solid except for cosmetic defects. Indian says that this shoddy work meets industry standards and thats their only concern! Whatever! Indian apparently has a low standard for workmanship and little interest in being customer oriented...a black eye for "American engineering" when using this claim for marketing. Indian would not help to resolve a seriously misaligned fairing until the service manager fought for me. He is the shining light for Sturgis Indian and a man of integrity. Other cosmetic issues exists that questions Indians attention to detail. Look out for the general manager...nice song and dance, but she only wants whats in your wallet. There are better deals elsewhere. The bike does roll down the highway very nicely!

This is an amazing dealership!! Corey Bricker took care of everything. My dad went to Sturgis 2015 75th Anniversary. While he was there he traded in his 1996 Yamaha Royal Star on a 2015 Chief that he drove from Marlinton, West Virginia. Corey took care of my dad and then sum with service and customer care. After the bike was purchased and headed home we found out that the bells on his Yamaha had not been removed. I called Corey and he went out to the warehouse to find the bells from the Yamaha, called me back to tell us he found them, then shipped the bells to us!! I have to say this level of commitment to customer service for an out of state buyer is unheard of. Thank you again for the positive experience.

Corey Bricker down at Sturgis Indian hooked me up!! I strongly recommend him. He helped me find the right bike and went the extra mile for me, and put together the perfect deal. Love my new smoke black Indian Scout!!! The parts department was very helpful as well, installed my passenger seat and pegs and got me On the rode in style. As far as this new scout God its everything its cracked up to be and more what a beautiful smooth machine. The finance girl was the sweetest and got me financed I dont know how! The sales girls are really cute and helpful as well. Indian motorcycle Sturgis was a great experience.

this morning my friend PT and i stopped at sturgis indian dealer hopingt to rent a bike for a couple of days. the dealer hadnt yet implemented a renatal program. However, they had a nice assortment of used bikes for sale. The long and short of it. Coreythe saleman worked hard for me to make a deal on a bike that caught my eye. he truly represented ME when he took my offer to his sales manager. The entire staff was helpful and quick to put me on a bike so that I can now enjoy riding the roads of the sacred mountains, the black hills.

I rode my road Glide in on Thursday morning and finally left with my Vintage Chief with Hannigan side car on Saturday. Everyone was great! Todd (salesman) did a good job and the "paperwork" lady was a hoot. Probably gonna see more HDs in that lot pretty soon. Had a bit of trouble with side car BUT Herb from Hannigan and the dealership did me right! Over-all, I wished that my loan wasnt approved(cuz I really didnt need a new bike) but the Indian will give HD a run for its money.. Thanks guys and gals for a good time....

Zero stars. These ass clowns decided to have all 35 motorcycles parked on the side street of their booth towed. You would think at a motorcycle rally in Sturgis, these morons would realize the limited parking. No signs, no warnings, no employees saying " hey, dont park there." The only winner here is the tow company. Bugger off Sturgis Indian Motorcycles. Ill have my revenge.

Found one of their used bikes on the net for a great price. Talked to Pierce and we did the deal over the phone. When I got there to pick it up the bike was as good or better than described. Great professional staff and a great deal and I will definitely shop there again. Certainly one of the more pleasant vehicle deals we have ever had.

Love the Indians, and the staff here is always very friendly and helpful. The shop is actually off the main street, behind the building that says Eagle Riders that was the original shop. Can be confusing when driving by it, so just turn at the gas station and you will run straight into the parking lot.
