***Avoid this place! *** $599 down? Nope, slick marketing as it only applies to the older model, lower priced vehicles. The manager, "Robert" is unprofessional, dishonest, & needs anger management. Our post buying experience has been a nightmare! There are plenty of used dealers along Rand that are more honest, & professional. We had a decent experience initially the day of the sale, Robert, the "Manager" is a typical used car salesman, full of smiles & handshakes, (ok, whatever buddy"), & we bought what appears to be a nice used vehicle for a decent price. We had asked for a 2nd key that day, ($75-$100 from Nissan dealer), & was told "no problem" by both a salesaman, Hugo, along with, yes, slick Robert the "Manager". The honeymoon ended that day...... Now 2 months later, it appears that it really is a problem.. Today we stopped in to make a payment, & inquire as to why my wife, & I have sent emails/left vmails, & yet received no communication in 2 months regarding the 2nd key. Messages regarding finance info, but no key. Along with the mysterious $599 "Supplemental insurance" fee, that when I asked the day of the sale, Robert gave some goofy store about how our full coverage might not cover everything? Cmon man, its full coverage from a good insurance company. Again....Really? I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Robert today, only this time around his attitude was condescending, rude, & unprofessional. Dipping into his bag of tricks, I was told the "key guy" had been sick (really? 2 months??), & that he did not know the schedule of that person. So I asked, how do I get a duplicate as you promised? Unbelievably, "I dont have an answer" I was told, by Robert. What??? Seriously man?? Thats not what we were told when we purchased the vehicle. As I inquired about no communication the past 2 months,the failed promise of the key, & basically lying about not receiving emails/vmails, he started to raise his voice and told me leave, and to go to the Nissan dealership. A couple of other things that they were not upfront about during the sale, but you get my point. As professional, college educated, small business owners, we have a complete grasp of the importance of solid customer service. I would never treat a client the way we have been treated, Ever. Its about respect, & the ability to not only promise, but more importantly, follow through, & deliver. It comes down to character, & who you are. What an unprofessional, shady, experience that this has become, they obviously had numerous opportunities to follow through as promised, & yet,it turned it into a complete fiasco. In retrospect, it was our fault for walking through the door. Next time............someone reputable, & honest.

Yo compré un carro a hi y al día siente la batería dejo de funcionar, el aceite le tenia vencido las luces de niebla fundidas y cuando les pase el reporte me dieron que lo llevara para atras que me lo compondrian y cuando lo lleve me dijieron que lo dejara un dia. Cuando lo fui a recojer no le habian hecho nada y cuando lo reporte. El vendedor hugo se porto de una manera demasiado prepotente.. es un dealer muy desonrado aparte de que ellos el presio que ponen no es.. le suben 1000 mas y las financieras te dan el 23% de interes.... no compren con esos rateros raza!!! Beware they like to take your money for junk cars

Es un dealer donde engañan a las personas vendiendo carros en muy malas condiciones yo tube la mala experiencia de comprar a hi un carro que al día siguiente la bateria esta muerta los amortiguadores empezaron a sonar La Luz de la niebla quebrada y cuando les hable y les dije me dijieron que lo llevará.. lo lleve y lo deje 2 días y cuando volvi y lo maneje no lo habían arreglado .. Hugo el vendedor es una persona muy desonesta e irrrespetuoso con los clientes.. ya que a el le puse la queja y cuando hable con el solo se dedicó a insultarme

When i first went there everyone is very friendly! I was just looking for car they have the right tools to help everyone they are not a rip off anything you need they listen and they help. other dealership i have gone to they did not help me out they did not care i left. When i came to top notch they took care of me right away they did not push me to buy a car top notch fit your needs, top notch does not push you to buy a car why because they care about US the people. i would recommend Everyone to come to top notch if your looking for a CAR top notch is the right place to go. The people at top notch are amazing and very friendly i will guarantee you that you will not be let down by top notch If i would have to choose any dealership i would choose top notch because there just WONDERFUL! WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THEY ARE! TOP NOTCH IS THE BEST I AM HAPPY FOR THEIR SERVICE ;) I will definitely come back to buy more future cars my experience was just wonderful

This place is a joke. Its the epitome of predatory lending. I have a lot of experience buying cars, and although these guys seem honest at first, they are going to screw you in your loan. I attempted to buy a high mileage vehicle listed at $4,950. The offer they gave me was $211 per month for 3 years................do the math, thats $7,556. Also, this was the amount to be paid after a $1,500 down payment, bringing the total amount to ALMOST DOUBLE the price of the vehicle. They would not tell me the interest rate. Not only would they not budge on this offer, but became extremely irate and disrespectful when I began to question the legitimacy of their "finance charges." If you value your hard earned cash, do not bother with these clowns. These are sales games. They will sell you a piece of crap for a fortune and have you believing youre getting special treatment the whole time.

I just bought my first car yesterday! I had terrific customer service, and Robert took my situation and was able to find me something comforable and reliable. At first, the car i was looking at had payments i just could not afford. But, he did not give up and we continued to look, and found a newer model, at a rate that was more affordable. I have no credit and had no idea how to build any when everyone was telling me in order to get a car, or anything you need credit. I was in a rut. Robert explain to me how i could build credit, and keep good credit step by step. I would highly recommend Top Notch, and ask for Robert!
