The folks at Auto Villa Outlet Dealership are really good! Really good that is, at writing a ton of fake reviews. Anyone that has interacted with this condescending stereotypical used car lot would surely see that any positive reviews are completely and totally fabricated. Sort their reviews by "lowest score" and youll see how they really treat their customers. Anyone with an IQ above their shoe size can see the other reviews are written by their staff. I went with a good friend of mine (who is black) to look at a car he was interested in. Shortly after arriving my friend asked to speak to a manager. Well, Apparently "the finance manager does not speak to black people". This is what the salesman actually told us. He spoke those words. Those are the words that actually came out of his mouth. We were nothing but polite and wanted further information on the history of an expensive sports car which they were clearly not willing to provide. I guess at Auto Villa Dealership you must have your credit run before they provide vehicle history. WOW! Keep in mind my friend makes a very good living and has near perfect credit, so needless to say he was insulted. The suggestion seemed to be that because he was black they needed to make sure he was a real buyer. Yeah, you can check those kind of sales tactics in the 1970s, thank you. Only wish I had it recorded to send to the media and shut that place down. Needless to say after the manager comment, the creepy salesman made we left promptly. I could go on and tell you how unprofessional everyone we dealt with was before that happened, but theres no point. Youll either be smart enough to research them or youll be fooled by the 75 positive reviews theyll likely write in the coming week to bury this one.

I recently purchase a 2007 Jeep Wrangler last month and I am rather disappointed with the sale. With having been a rather large purchase, I was upset to find out there were quite a few CRUCIAL flaws with the car. I had gone in for a service appointment, with a concern that the horn didnt work and was told the following things: The after market modifications were done poorly and had disabled not only the horn function, but also the AIRBAGS. Good to know they are comfortable selling cars with faulty airbags to your customers! I feel as though this is something that should have been checked before selling a car, but thats just my personal opinion. The faulty wiring in the steering wheel had also disable the anti-lock break system, which was fun to find out. Seems like another great quality to have for Wisconsin winters. Lastly, the roof leaks on the passenger side, as well as in the truck, which is funny because I actually asked if everything was fine with the coverings and was told the Jeep was in "perfect" condition. Since owning the Jeep for LESS THAN A MONTH, I have had to put in almost $2,000 worth of repairs just to make the vehicle SAFE to drive! Very disappointed in the sale and feel as though I was significantly overcharged for my purchase. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone except to tell people not to go there. Also, I will never return to this place for future purchases. Its a shame that I found these problems with the vehicle AFTER purchasing it, as I was initially excited for the car and had a pleasant purchasing experience.

I was looking for a new used truck. Driving by their store everyday for work I couldnt help but notice their selection of awesome one of a kind cars trucks and jeeps. Needless to say I couldnt help but stop by and look. Immediately I was taken back by the selection of huge off roading trucks. And in about 30 seconds of being there I saw my dream truck. It was a huge lifted blue Gmc sierra crew cab. Full of chrome.. For about a week after that I was online constantly making comparison with other trucks, dealerships, and personal sellers. I began to see couldnt find anything near the truck in quality price or the way it looks for the ammount they were asking. That very next morning I contacted them. Jason called back and i told him I wanted the truck and to hold it for me.. That night a he let me test drive the truck and stayed late after normal store hours to help me. He was absolutly honest! Also very funny and a pleasure to deal with. He even went above and beyond my expectations. He showed me any scratch or slight bit of wear and tear on the truck. Before I saw it. I have worked for a car dealership and never expected a car sales man to work with me like he did. Very impressive and refreshing. Thank you Jason and everyone at auto villa. You guys got me into the truck of my dreams. And your honesty made my experience unforgettable. Thank u. Also the service break system light came on after purchasing and they took care of everything. Saved me a good amount more money!!!! I will defiantly go back and recommend auto villa.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY OF THE "AUTO VILLAS" ESPECIALLY GRAYSLAKE. So I purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang Gt with 75,000 miles in November 2015. Everything went well on the test drive, the sales man said it was well taken care of and in very good shape. I ended up purchasing the vehicle along with a extended warranty good up until 100,000 miles. The warranty covered the entire powertrain etc. on my way home from the dealer the car would jerk/bog after a certain rpm. The next few days I kind of winged it and see if it would go away since there was no check engine light showing, I ended up contacting the previous owner. Turns out the car has a performance tune loaded on it and when the dealer flashed the ECM, the aftermarket parts were not properly merging with the "un-tuned" computer. It is now one year later and the car has random misfires, I had to install a new transmission, power steering pump, suspension and exhaust. On top of the thousands of dollars I lost due to the warranty being "voided"/unable to grant because of this aftermarket tune/parts I am left with a undriveable car that does not pass emissions/ has no catalytic converters and has a strange knocking sound. I have called auto villa/ emailed multiple times to see what they were willing to do as of repairs/ reimbursing the money I spent on warranty and I have yet been helped with. I guess after a year of waiting it is time to report to the BBB and lawyer up. Dont let the pictures fool you on this so called business do your research and buy anywhere from here. WHAT A SCAM!

Hands down the best purchasing experience ive ever had. I dealt with Ryan A.K.A "Butters" And i cant say enough about his customer service. I am from michigan so obviously i wanted to make sure the truck i was purchasing was everything i wanted before i drove there. I spoke to Ryan several times on the phone and he did everything i asked. I requested he send me pictures of the worst parts of the truck(rust scratches ect.) And he didnt shy away. Once i arrived to see it in person there was nothing bad on the truck that he left out. I had questions about the 2009 duramax and being a diesel mechanic its not hard to tell when a salesman is bull shi***ng but Ryan was very up front. When he didnt know something he just flat out told me he didnt know. Which made all the rest of his info that much more credible. Ryan and the rest the staff really nailed the hometown feel of buying a truck. And the care didnt stop once i left. Ryan followed up with me the following day after my 6 hour drive back home to make sure everything was still good. Auto villa was well worth my 12 hour round trip and they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks again guys!
