I asked to be measured for new bras, and the heavyset woman didnt use any measuring tape, just brought me bras she thought would fit. I was basically on my own. I bought five bras, the next day to discover that one of them was HORRID, did not fit at all ( I didnt try on, I trusted the sales woman), one I had already taken tags off & it did not fit well AT ALL, with serious top boob spillage. I returned one bra, but guess what??? No refunds. Only credit., So, I said OK, mail me another one of these ones that actually fit. (The llady who sold me these bd bras wasnt working that day) Its been several weeks, I have not received replacement. I would NOT recommend this store at all. Get measured at the Madison Avenue shop or elsewhere & order online...either Bra Smyth or just about anywhere else. Soooooo disappointed.

Very POOR Customer service! My mother is a breast cancer survivor, and Bra Smyth is one of the only few places where you can buy a bra with a prosthesis in the city. But to our surprise no help! There were 3 sales girls in the store on a Friday at 5:15 PM; they already have her measurements on file due to previous purchases, but the rude sales girl said, “The lady that sells the prosthetic bras is not here. I can only sell you regular bras.” Well, if she was comfortable in “regular bras”, we would not buy them there!
