You know those movies where the used car salesman is the most untruthful little scumbag the earth has yet to see? That would be the employees of Premier Auto Haus. I bought a 2000 Chrysler Sebring from Jerry and Adam. Trust me, this is a reoccurring thing with these two salesmen which you can undoubtedly tell from the other reviews. During my test drive I noticed some minor problems and the fact that I needed new tires. When I purchased the car I made the new tires part of the buyers agreement. Of course I had to go through Premier Service to get this done. The incredibly unskilled mechanic there going by Leo told me that he never heard of the agreement and he didnt have the tires anyway. Also going along with all the other reviews Premier will not call you back. I had to call them back and they put me on hold for an hour, they didnt pick up until I CALLED THEM WITH A DIFFERENT PHONE and asked them to take me off hold and explain to me what was going on. So Ive been jumping around on this issue for about 4 days with Jerry telling me to call Adam who is telling me to call Leo who is (of course) telling me to call Jerry. All of this for $75 worth of tires. Defiantly dont sign anything they give you with out reading it. Dont buy a car from these guys unless you enjoy putting up with days and days of bull. You really have no point in buying from here, go to one of the ten trustworthy dealerships a block away on Ogden.

Went in to purchase a used 2002 Toyota Highlander with 38k miles and was listed at 14,999. It had some body damage so we talked them down to out the door price of 12,100 which was a fair price. Took the car home, started it up...a puff of white smoke came out of the exhaust, thought it was just bad gas. Left for missouri in my other car and let the other car sit. I come back on saturday and start it up, clouds of white smoke pour from the exhaust. I take it to a mechanic who says its not a cracked head, but engine sludge. The dealer had sold us a car that they knew had the toyota engine gelling issue, which is a 10k fix. These guys can look you in the face and tell you nothing is wrong with the car, and they signed an inspection sheet stating no known mechanical issues. However, with some research i found the previous 1 owner who state that she told Sonny Meheraban that the car was defective and believed he was going to use it for parts, not resell. These people are the scum of the used car industry...liars, cheaters and I would never buy anything from here, look at the BBB page and how many complaints they have! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PERIOD, their website is all smoke and mirrors and the cars they get are garbage lemons.

Upon purchase, I was promised a new taillight that was never delivered. Within 1 Month of Ownership all 4 tires need to be replaced. I was told by the tire place they should have been replaced a long time ago and WERE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON. Cost of tires: $800. Within 7 months of Ownership the transmission needs to be replaced. Estimated cost: $2000-3000. Now I sit here debating whether to cut my losses with this lemon or to reluctantly throw more money at it. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. You WILL be ripped off. You might talk to a bald guy named Jesse or the freckly owner and theyll try their very best to prove their a legitimate establishment. They will show you documents, the carfax, give you a story about why that car is the best car on the lot. Everything they do is one big, elaborate scam. Dont get fooled like me. I bought a car with 30k miles and a "clean" history, that was likely forged. A car that now has 36k miles does not get a bad transmission unless its a lemon or has had previous damage. These people are criminals.

I checked out a G35 here that looked pretty decent in the pictures. When I got there and heard the car start I got excited. Then I got inside. The windshield had five big cracks going all across the windshield that weren’t very visible from the outside. The seats were torn, which was hidden in the pictures. When we were driving it we noticed that the heat wasn’t working. That was enough to make me not want to buy the car. When we got back we told the salesman and he acted like he had no idea about it and decided to look under the hood. The radiator cap was missing! He went to go get coolant. I noticed that there was an inner fender missing and that the tires were bald. My dad was looking at another car on the lot and walked over to me and told me that we should just leave right away. When the salesman came out we said bye and my dad said that the car he was looking at had flat tires. The cars were in such bad condition at this place that I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, no matter the price.

We recently bought a car from Premier Auto Haus. Within 60 miles of owning the car, the engine blew. Premier is not returning calls, kept me on hold until I was forced to hang up, and have even hung up on me. They promised the car was in good working order and that they had personally serviced the car themselves, so they were certain it was sound. I regret ever doing business with Premier. My primary goal in writing this review (which is the first review of this type that I have ever written) is to keep others from making the same mistake. Most of us dont have thousands to throw away and that is exactly what it appears we have done as Premier obviously does not feel the need to stand behind their word. After coming online and reading the rest of the reviews, which I regret I did not do prior to purchasing the vehicle, I cannot believe they are still in business. Do not do business with Premier....there is nothing professional, honest, or legitimate about them!!

I just want to let you know that the crew at Premier Auto Haus is so easy to deal with. Adam (Financing) and Carlo (Salesman) they really "listen" and help you regardless of your situation. They will get you a car and you will drive out of there..... Adam actually went above and beyond the call of duty. He even taught my son how to drive a manual "stick" shift mustang! My son had his heart set on a MUSTANG and it had to be a stick but he didnt know how to drive stick. So - within 15 minutes he learned with the help of ADAM!!!!! I have referred a few family memebers/friends and they have also had great success stories...... If you have good, bad or repairing your credit they have a car for you...... Nothing but great things to say about this establishment and the staff!!!!! Adrianna Montez (purchase of a mustang) Stephanie Rodriguez (purchase of an Acura SUV) Carla Rodriguez (purchase of a BMW)
