I was SO PLEASED to find this gem! From now on, I will be taking all of my USCellular questions here. Not only did I get right in - there was NO WAITING. Which, if youve ever been in the big city USC location, is almost unheard of in the big cities. Today was my third attempt to resolving an ongoing internet problem Ive had and not only did I get the help I needed, I got assistance on how to use my new device because I lugged my giant Mac computer with me. Trina, the USC agent, was very accommodating and understanding in the situation and even called customer service on my behalf to help diagnose the problem. I couldnt thank her enough for her time. She set me back up online and I am one happy camper! The best part is that its only about 15 minutes from where I live in the middle of nowhere and I didnt have to take up my entire afternoon driving and waiting in line for my name to be called. I could kick myself for not finding this place sooner.

We typically use the US Cellular near Westsale Mall in Cedar Rapids IA. Due to their lack of customer service we chose to take a drive to Williamsburg IA, it was well worth the drive!
