I bought a new tv from this dump a week and half ago. It took a week to deliver it from the purchase date. I received it 2.5hrs past the scheduled delivery time. I took it out of the box and got it set up and the picture started to flicker and the sound was distorted. I called the following day and told them my problem. Another delivery date was set Thursday three days later and they brought me the wrong size tv. I immediately called the delivery place and they told me they couldnt delivery another the next day bc it was already booked up. To make things worse they didnt even have anymore of the tvs in stock. So I told them to take the tvs and get out of my house. I went back to the Murfreesboro store to cancel the whole transaction the same night. They refunded my money and then called me the next day to tell me I needed to come back to their dump bc the refunded the money for the $40 cable I bought. To make a long story short. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I once bought a digital camera from this company. The one I picked from the display just so happened to be the last one of that particular camera. They had everything for it and wouldnt mark it down for being a display. I reluctantly bought it and took it home. Once I got home, I began playing with it and realized that it was defective and every image I took had a huge hole in it from something being defective in the camera. Within two hours of purchase I was back in the store and they would not return it. Pointed to the policy posted on the wall, no where near the register that I was never informed of. Asked for their district managers number, who kept me on hold for over ten minutes because the store called him before I did. He listened to their side of the story first and basically told me to pound sand. Long story short, if you have a problem, youre on your own. Dont expect them to do anything to help you. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I bought an HP laptop from electronic express less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the computer stopped charging. So I took it into EE today and the first associate just gave me a number to call. I went back to my car, frustrated. Went back in and Brant helped me by simply plugging it into an alternate charger to see if the brick/charger was the issue and thus a simple fix. And it was! He hooked me up with a new charger and Im onto finish grading papers! Cant think him enough! Will be following up with HP on manufacturing standpoint since this laptop is not old at all. And is one of their better, expensive models.

I had 3 separate appointments to install amplifier and subwoofers in my car. Cancelled on me everytime. Horrible experience at litteraly every electronic express in middle Tn. The worst customer service Ive ever had. Do not waste your time on Eletronic Express. The new assistant manager in Murfreesboro is there only hope. Just Went to Best Buy to get them installed, then come to find out they also sold me a defective output line converter.

had the wrong washer delivered to my house, they would not even give me 10% off for the inconvenience i was on hold for over 35 mins waiting on Mr Brant the store manger to talk to and he sent one of his employees to tell me there is nothing he can do and he cant get to the phone after 35 mins of holding i already contacted corporate and they are checking on the incidence and i will not leave this alone untill im happy Brant

Its a bit like taking a trip back in time. A time when salesmen were necessary and the internet didnt exist. It has more in common with a used car lot than an actual big box electronics retailer like Best Buy. So unless youre looking to pay above market for mid tier electronics, or you just love being harassed by salesmen maybe consider going to literally any other store in Murfreesboro, or going on amazon.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Bought a new Toshiba just before Christmas. Whenever I typed something the track pad would lock up for 5-10 minutes. It would frequently crash as well, one time I lost five hours of work because it decided to crash while I was saving. Took it back and they said that it was my fault it was sluggish, locking up, crashing, etc. Do yourself a favor: go to Best Buy

I came in with my son whos birthday is coming up.. he wanted a hover board and so I sent him to look at the tvs while I talked to one of the associates. I explained that I wanted to get my son the hover board for his birthday but didnt want him to see it, the guy went out of his way to wrap the entire box for me and brought it out and put it in my car. Forgot his name now but that was awesome!

Got a washer and dryer from here they bring it but they scratched up my new wooden floor. Had me to email a picture in and have not yet contacted me and its been about 2 month now. Not too empress with the washer and dryer I got either for what I paid for it. There customer service is not good at all.

They dont know their products they are selling. I ask for a 4k blu ray player and instead they told me this will play the 4k movies. Well i did not test it when i got home because i did not have any 4k movies until now. Its to later to take back. Do not buy anything from here.

The registered my washer warranty under (999)-999-999 and "Unknown" devices. 4 years later Im now jumping through hoops to get a receipt since to get my warranty registered with a broken down washer since my copy has faded enough to be un-scannable. Do. Not. Buy. Here.

Good experience. Sales people always friendly. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars was because item out of stock and had to wait a week for reorder. We shall see how that goes. Spent 2 grand in this store after hhgreg gave terrible customer service...EE has my vote.

Be careful with online shopping. Searched for XBox One S Bundle with 3 Games package listed with $150 off for a final price of $299 but when go to cart for purchase there is actually only $100 off. Called support and they say it is just a listing error.
