Im pretty new to the Cedar Rapids area, but have visited and called these guys a few times not for little odds and end type of stuff...and have always treated me great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Im not a big spender there (headunit, butt ends, speaker wire, ect) but they always are there to help me. Reason for this writeup now, is just the other day I ran over there with my truck, where I installed my stereo myself. I was having problems and asked for some help. They came out, helped me out and didnt charge me a thing....The stereo sounds AWESOME once again. I just think that goes to show how great these guys are. They are true car stereo enthusiasts and worry more about the customer then a few of the other stereo shops here in Cedar Rapids. I will be back again and again...

When selection and price are so much better online, why support a local business? I buy local expecting superior customer service. I purchased an amplifier 6 weeks ago from the owner who although knowledgeable, was kurt and borderline unpleasant. After realizing (6 weeks later) that the amplifier was unnecessary I attempted return (the product is unopened and packaging is in perfect condition) only to be denied because of an arbitrary 15 day return policy (amazon offers 30) How might they have been injured by accepting this return? Had they accepted the return they would have had a very vocal customer for life. They traded that for one transaction. They have some positive reviews, hopefully you have a better experience.

These guys have always bent over backward to help. The have helped me with all my stereo installs and troubleshooting, and most of the time all i bought from them was the wiring to do the install and none of the actual hardware. They also did not charge me to look at me system and provide the troubleshooting help. Great guys and fantastic service. They are always my first stop in Cedar Rapids anything related to car audio.
