Now that Office Max (soon to be Office Depot) matches online pricing from Best Buy and Amazon, this is a no-brainer. Recently bought a printer at Office Max. The sales person was knowledgeable and very accommodating. They matched the price on Amazon and instead of waiting for it to be shipped to me, I took it home right then and there. BTW...It was a Canon Pixma MX922 and I LOVE IT. Awesome printer for $99 and aftermarket ink is available, so it is a great deal. The people that I have dealt with in the store have always been very friendly and willing to help. Never had anybody rude there as the other reviewer stated.

Maybe you were rude, rude, rude. When I went in there it was quite busy. I did have to wait a couple minutes to be asked if I needed any help however, they were very polite and ended up giving me good customer service. They were able to help me find what I needed and get on my way.

They all are so helpful. I needed help having a large document made to wallet size and laminated. Dawn was the name of the attendant that helped me. She also informed me of how I could save money while doing this. I greatly appreciate this type of friendly customer service.

I have used Office Max several times for both business and church items and have always been treated well and promptly. Theyve gone out of their way to get me the cheapest price for whatever I was ordering. From my experience they deserve 5 stars!

Dont expect customer service at the Rice Lake, Wisconsin Office Max store! The employees I encountered were not only ignorant of the concept but rude, rude, rude. Perhaps that explains their empty parking lot.

My kid picked up a pen, it fell apart, and the angry woman they hired to clerk had the audacity to chew my kid out and say that she should charge him for it. I wont go back until they fire that beast.
