Worst people to ever deal with me and my hubby got like bit behind and tried to make partial payment and make the rest with in couple.weeks and I was told no then 1 time he was 60 cents short and they would not take the payment and now they wanna come repo our merchandise, and the owner said go talk to financial Manger so we did that today and told them we could.pay 1000 on our remaining 1600 then pay rest next month and we was told no they coming to report so these people are a total rip.off an will not work with u in any way all they want is to sell u stuff and then if u get behind Lil bit then next thing u know is u lose ur stuff then when they resale the hit u for what ever they did not recover after resale, I would never and I will never buy anything from here again and I will never recommend this place especially the one in roanoke va off of hersburger worst place ever they act like they better than everyone and theyve never falling behind a Lil bit or hit a rough patch but every one does at some point.

I have no problem with the company or its employees just the advertising. This weekend was supposedly no money down on anything in the store. Not exactly true. That is for people with perfect credit who never had a bill with them before. I went through some hard times back in 2005 and couldnt make the payment on a lawn mower I bought from them so I voluntarily gave it back to them. I had an outstanding balance after they sold it of just over $200 which I couldnt pay at the time, fast forward 12 years Im better off financially now and offered to pay the 12 year old bill in full today and was told I would need 10% down to purchase anything, my payment history on my credit report is perfect but still I need 10% down. So basically they should not advertise as everything in the store as no money down.

I bought a playstation 4 and was told after I payed for it that it would be over 2 weeks before I could get it. They called me after I got home and told me they already had a full shipment come in and to come get it. It wasnt what I bought but still a ps4 I brought it home and tried to play it but its broke the image cuts out every 2 or 3 seconds. I told them they refuse to replace it I called the main office they refuse to replace it. I payed over $500 for something that was broke from the box and tg ey dont feel they have to do anything for me. I am not a disgruntled customer I just want what I payed for. Please dont throw your money away on them find another way to get what you want.

We went in during their memorial day sale and not only were we surprisingly approved for financing, but we got our dream couch and dining room table. Unfortunately, we had to return the couch cause we were moving and it was too big. Schewels picked it up, no questions asked, and credited our account. They also let us know that we overpaid on our table. They always sent us a receipt when we mailed in our payment and the ladies on the phone were always nice. They have a huge selection of gorgeous furniture for the best prices Ive seen. If we werent moving, wed finish furnishing our home with their furniture. We STRONGLY recommend this great store!

Went shopping for furniture and was not looking forward to it..Walking into the store we were greeted my a gentlemen by the name of Cody he was very pleasant we explained what we were looking for he showed us around let us look came back asked if we had any questions of course I did and he listened and was able to help us .The staff at Schewels went above and beyond for us being new to the area that has ment alot, if your looking for furniture and do not want to wait weeks or be pressured stop by and visit Cody you will not be disappointed. ..

Well my parents got a couch and a week later it started tearing under the cushion on the main part of the couch. Well they sent a man to look at it. He took pictures and told us that they would order that piece to replace it. Its been almost 3 months. Weve called and called. They always say that it has not came in yet from the warehouse. And they wonder why we dont care to make the payments on time. They need to do their part as well

This place is worst place to deal with because they want to take u to court but they dont send a summons so u can go to court and defend yourself and then when u try to make a partial payment they wont except it tell u has to be full amount then they send a sheriff with papers to pickup merchandise but they couldnt send summons for u to go to court, I would never recommend this place nor will I ever buy anything else from this place

My husband I bought a few pieces of Lazy Boy and a mattress set from the Roanoke store. The love seat on one side makes awful noise when my husband sets down. It was doing it from the first time he sat on it. They sent a man out a week and a half ago. We told them he hadnt called us over a week ago. Bad customer service on this department. It has ruined my shopping experience at Schewels.

We moved to Virginia in 2013. We needed a couch and love seat, so we checked around and went to schewels. Kenny was our salesman! He made us feel like old friends! We have since bought numerous items, always with the best salesman and finishing the sale with Dawn! They are the main reason we keep going back! Love our purchases and our schewels!!

my wife bought my a computer for xmas and its a dell I have had problems with it so we called and was told we didnt buy insurance and if we didnt pay for it we would be sued we have spend 10000 dollars there in the last two years so im not spending another dime there all they have is junk just saying

I have been doing business with schwels for about 11 years maybe longer. I dont purchase my furniture or electronics anywhere else. Great place excellent sales rep Cornell, was with a woman with Cynthia until she left and Cornell has been my go to rep, no pressure I go in and get what I want.

DONT believe their ads that that don;t check credit scores. They split hairs, true they do not check the score but do check the credit history. The score is just a quick repensentation of the history. So they DO CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORE REGARDLESS OF THEIR ADS.

You dont need perfect credit at Schewels, dont know were someone got that from. The employees are nice and helpful and they have a great selection. paid off living room set, got fridge now. everything is under warranty and Im good to go...
