Today I took in a lamp I had purchase so that I could try out different lamp shades with it. When they packed the lamp back up in the box they left out a part, and I can no longer put the lamp together. Unbelievable!!!!! Last year poor service caused me to have to go back in several times to get a problem with a receipt fixed.
