My wife and I visited Levin to look for a new couch. After finding one, we measured the couch in the showroom, and had measured our door and hallway at home. We paid and scheduled delivery. We were given the wrong date, and did not receive the confirmation call we were told we would get a few days before the delivery. I called myself to double check, and a very rude woman told me a different date I was told originally, and told me its ALWAYS been this day, and I need to listen better. Fine. So I was unavailable the actual delivery day, but my wife was. She informed me after that the delivery guys didnt even try to bring the couch all the way in, they just came in and said "nope, not gonna fit" and looked at her. She was taken aback so she said to take it back. I was upset so I had them try to redeliver. When I was present, I came to find that the couch was inside an extra 10 inches of packaging, and we were never informed of the extra space at any point in the transaction, and the measurements are no where to be found on Levins website. Strange that a furniture store would not provide those online. The delivery guys did what they could, but in the package it would not fit, and if they unwrapped it outside, it would void any possibility of return if they damaged it moving it in. They took it back and I requested a refund. While they were happy to refund the money, I was informed I would not be given back the over $100 delivery fee. I dont see why they would keep the delivery fee, when nothing was actually delivered. The entire experience has been a hassle, and it is very disappointing. Needless to say we will not be returning. Your experience may be different than mine, but I would think a furniture store could provide better details on furniture, in every aspect.

BUYER BEWARE, Levin does not stand behind their furniture and puts all the blame on the manufacturer. We purchased our furniture in Jan 2017, upon the delivery 4 weeks later, one of the pieces of furniture was torn so the delivery men took the piece back with them. We were told that someone would contact us and after 3 weeks of no contact, I called the store, only for them to tell me they did not have a status on the furniture and someone would call me the next day. Again, nobody called so I called again and I was told the pieces were ordered (evidently there was more wrong with it besides the tear, which I was not aware of). We are now into April and after 4 more phone calls to the store and 2 promised call backs from a manager (which never happened) we still dont have all of our furniture. Could not be more disappointed in the customer service and to know now that when we do ever get our furniture it will be damaged goods!

I purchased a couch at Levin in late November. At the time, the salesperson told me I should expect the couch to be delivered in mid-December. Not only was the couch not delivered by the date the salesperson told me, no one called to notify me that it would be delivered significantly later. After postponing delivery twice more (again, without notification), I finally received the couch six weeks after I bought it. I believe I was deliberately misled about the delivery time by staff on multiple occasions in order to make a sale. While the store manager did refund my $50 delivery, I was very unhappy with their dishonesty and poor customer service and would never shop at this store again.

Contrary to what I have read below, I had a positive experience. I purchased a moderately priced sofa and two love seats. I researched them beforehand and found that Levins pricing was generally in line with what I would have paid had I found them elsewhere. So far as pushy sales people go, I did not find that to be the case. These people work on commission and I suspect are trying to sort shoppers from purchasers. So far as extended warranties and buying decisions, that is always the buyer right to say no so Im not sure why that is a fault of the furniture store.

How can one rate perfection? Any time I have ever visited the Wexford store, my experience starts by being greeted with a smile and a " welcome"! Each sales person that has helped me, has directed me to exactly what Im looking for. They offer wonderful suggestions and decorating ideas! I can honestly say that my entire house is filled with Levin furniture. I would highly recommend visiting this store. From the time you walk in until the time your furniture has been delivered, I can guarantee nothing but a positive experience!

sales experience was not bad, my fiancé and I had found a sofa which we really liked and we purchased at close to 2200$ it is coming apart at the seams after only 6 months! We called a service technician who said he would come back because he did not have the correct materials. We get a follow up call that said it was our fault!! will never go there again and I suggest every one stay away. I will for sure let everyone of my customers know of this experience. This is what happens with underpaid workers and big box stores

We recently purchased a recliner chair for my son for a birthday gift. Diana was very attentive to him and treated him like her best customer. She was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a lot of advice as to what chair would best fit our needs, budget, sons "requirements", and existing decor. She has quite a creative flair for interior design. I would highly recommend Levin Furniture. With their sales, quality furniture, great sales staff, selection, and prices, you cant go wrong with Levin.

wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our livingroom furniture. Rachel Hazer was such a big help. We told her what our floor plan was and she was ready and willing to help. we hired her to come out to the house and help us to design the floor plan with the furniture we bought. Rachel Hazer was so easy and a sincere person. I would go back again to Levins and I would recommend Levins and Rachel Hazer to my friends and family.

Sherry Cunich was awesome to work with. She was great at helping me pick out different fabrics and had a knack for mixing and matching the fabrics. She wasnt pushy at all. When I said I had to talk to my husband she just told me what days she worked and wasnt pushy about me coming back in. She didnt act like I was just a sale. I would highly recommend asking for sherry if you go to the Wexford Levin store.

Decent furniture store. You get what you pay for, so do your research ahead of time. I wouldnt complain your stuff is falling apart if you bought Ashley or another cheap furniture brand instead on Jonathan lewis or Lane or Gasko. There the middle man and seem to know their stuff. Will continue to buy from them.
