My experience from beginning to not even finished has been the worst I have ever had with a company. I went in to the store to purchase a living room set and ended up purchasing a lot more. The salesmen and women was very helpful and I was pleased with what I had chosen. Until delivery day got here. The sectional has been delivered 4 times, the first 3 times it was the wrong lay out (even the delivery guys confirmed this from the first to the third delivery) the forth delivery was of a damaged sectional. I am still waiting for the 5th one. On my first deliver none of my furniture was assembled, the bed had to be modified to work with the mattress and platform, a dinning room chair was messed up as well. The dining chair was fixed on delivery number 2 however the bed has not been hooked up right and we just choose to deal with the modification. I contacted the store every time. The manager came out after delivery number 3 only because I requested all the furniture to be picked up and returned. He assured me it would be right and that when it was he would offer compensation for all of the issues. When the 4th delivery showed up damaged and We contacted him he completely changed his tune and hung up on me. I filed a BBB complaint and another manager twisted the entire situation and stated that we made threats and ect. I never knew that demanding that we get what we are paying for, or expecting an apology for there mistakes, or expecting a resolution that didnt carry on for 2 months is considered a threat. Everything they have stated have been either a lie or incorrect. I have multiple witnesses that were present on the 4 deliveries and I have co workers as well as other witnesses to the phone conversation that took place. As the phone calls took place once while I was in a restaurant having lunch with co workers, multiple times while at work and the last while in the presence of several family members. I will continue to follow through with this until I have an acceptable resolution to all that we have been through.

Sure, prices are great and our sales person was very friendly and helpful. But after waiting 7 weeks with no communication from them regarding delivery, massive amounts of miscommunication regarding pieces of our set being out of stock, we called and just cancelled our order. What an amazing coincidence that the day I called, all of the products were in stock and on the truck to be delivered to the store that day! We will pay more and go elsewhere. We have been in our house for 3 weeks now with nothing more than a loveseat we purchased at Grands (and got 3 days later). I think ordering furniture a month before moving into a new place was plenty of time but clearly we were mistaken.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I would give this Ashleys Furniture a 0 if it were possible. First of all the sales staff and managers will lie through their teeth to you. Very unprofessional. I got the impression that the manager could take or leave my business and that it really did not matter to him. They have very cheap and poor quality furniture and on top of that they are very unwilling to work with you on the sell price. The only "deal" they said they were able to do was match the online price? What??! Giving your customer the same price as the online sell price is no deal. Go anywhere but here!

We purchased 3 couches from this store at a great price. Within a month a child sat on the armrest of one and it broke. We tried for more than 6 months to get Ashley to even give us an answer about whether or not the warranty covered the damage and never heard back. They have promised that they would contact us back after looking at the situation but never had. We are still trying to get them to take responsibility for poor craftsmanship and have yet to get an answer. I guess you get what you pay for at Ashley, its not all quality furniture there and the customer service is terrible.

Im very upset with Ashleys every time we decide to buy furniture we always go there! When we went in over a month ago the sales person told us 10 days then upon checkout they said 3 weeks to get the furniture! I called last week and they said they would have it to us by Thursday ( tomorrow ) and when I CALLED them today it will not be delivered until next week! Im so angry because the manager told me he would have it to us no later than Thursday of this week! I am tempted to call and cancel the whole order. Granted we have spent 6000 and dont even want the furniture now!

They messed overcharged me on a bill then fixed it. I waited 2 weeks for a delivery like they said it would take got a call the day before they were going to deliver they told me I set up the delivery date I never knew my couch was in. The day of the delivery they pulled out of the truck a sofa not a sleeper sofa what I we thought we were getting. Called salesman made a mistake he called back and said he was sorry for the mistake but to fix it it would cost me an extra $275 for a sleeper sofa. I am very disappointed over my purchase and the way the manager handled it.

Bought a couch a little over a year ago, brand new and its already squeaking terribly. We have called them multiple times trying to get this issue fixed and no one will return any of our phone calls. This has been going on for months now. It is absolutely ridiculous and customer service is awful and I will never give them another dime of my money.

Great sales associates everyone was very helpful and understanding with my two special needs children in the store. They gave ma a great deal on a couch I would never have been able to buy without credit. Two weeks after ordering and its already in wonderful people and very nice furniture with excellent payment options.

This is the most disastrous situation Ive ever been and they take forever to deliver your furniture and they lie and say that is being made when really there stalling the order to be delivered. I spent so much money dealing w/these people. Dont ever buy frm here.

Furniture is okay. The salesperson that talked to my mom and I was very cheesy and patronizing. "I thought you guys were sisters." Seriously... My mom is almost 70. Im 34 and was pregnant at the time.
