Came in for a will call pickup & dealt with Gerald H. And was not impressed with his attitude or customer service. He seemed annoyed to help us and when signing for the pickup, as he was holding a pen in his hand, asked if we had our own pen, which I did not and he then tossed one at us on the counter from a drawer. Other staff seemed great would not recommend working with Gerald.

Bad service. One plumbing and heating store referred me to them when he didnt have the part I needed for my broken furnace. I went in, and they told me I would have to replace the larger component, and buy it in bulk, and be a contractor otherwise they still wouldnt sell to me. I would give less than 1 star if it were possible.
