Relocated to the area and found out about Sport Durst. I recently purchased a 2016 Yamaha Grizzly and it needed some warranty work done on it. They did it in a VERY timely manner as well as stayed in contact with me and kept me updated through the entire process. All staff that I encountered was beyond friendly and more than willing to help or answer any questions. I have found through my years of experience it can be tough to find a dealership service dept that you like and trust but I can truly say this went beyond all expectations I had. They did an EXCELLENT job and I will be recommending them to everyone I ride with. Absolutely check this store out before looking anywhere else or you will be doing yourself a disservice. I will be bringing all my bikes here from now on! Awesome staff and awesome service!

Tristan in the service department has always been friendly and efficient with taking care of my bike. Even though I was only in for a State inspection he got my bike in and out in no time. While my bike was in for inspection Brandi and Brandon in parts and accessories helped me order and purchase a specific helmet I was looking for. They were very helpful to make sure I order the helmet that I needed in order to add blue tooth technology later to it. Brandon even went as far as to go to the car dealership area and asked the techs their opinion about what it was I was wanting to do with my sound system on my bike. Over all it was a great experience and they answered all my questions.

Bought a 2010 grizzly 700 a few years ago.Tristen was the service manager at the time I think and he was very helpful in letting me know how to use some of the features on the ATV which I had never had on a previous model. He was someone I could call on the phone and ask questions to find solutions that could solve a problem I had from time to time so I would not have to bring it back in for repair or service.Sometimes it worked for me and other times it did not because of my limited mechanical knowledge.That is a good service manager who is willing to be there for a customer and take time for the needs they might have.

I spent over $800 for them to fix my bike, only to turn around and return my bike BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY REAR AXLE AFTER THE ALIGNMENT. I couldve died if I wasnt a expirenced rider. Horrible first experience. I was promised to have my bike back 5 different times, never ready when I went to pick it up. I was told by a employee, THAT NOT ALL OF THEIR MECHCANICS ARE CERTIFIED! I wish I wouldve known before I took my bike there. Lots of other things I could add but I definitely wont go back to SPORT DURST POWERSPORTS. #IneedMyMoneyBack!

I recently purchased a Yamaha from Sport Durst Power Sports and it was by far the best experience Ive had with a motorcycle dealer in over 35 years of riding and buying new and used bikes. Im new to NC and at every turn I found the sales, (and sales support staff), to be friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make the experience comfotable and easy. From dealing with my trade to finishing the paperwork, these guys have been Great!

Everyone there was easy to talk to and work with. One thing to note is that this is my first ATV and the team treated me as if I were a long time customer. Huge on customer service. Mike Webb and Kris really stepped up and answered every question imaginable for me. Getting back into Motorcycles was made easy by their entire staff. Great deals, fair prices and options galore. Didnt try to oversell me, and I purchased a Yamaha Stratoliner 1900 today because of their helpfulness. Ordered a part and then waited a long time to schedule the service, the guys there were really nice about it and got me an appointment right away. The guy who checked me in answered all my questions and had no problem having the technician check some extra things on my bike that I was worried about as a fairly new rider!
